The overall user friendliness and usability of SurveyMonkey is great. It is overall very intuitive and even as a first time user you'll be able to figure out how to make your first survey in minutes. The reporting and analytic side of the tool is a little more difficult which is why I did not give this a 10/10.

My initial experience with SurveyMonkey was the free version, with no training or onboarding assistance provided. Within about 30 minutes, I was able to master the interface, using most if not all of the features of the system to generate surveys, make modifications to live surveys on the fly, and review the survey feedback

I think the website is super user friendly which is extremely important when you have users that are various ages. I think it’s important to continue to have different themes and different options for users to use so that they don’t get bored, but I don’t think [SurveryMonkey] will have any issue with that.

Literally, everyone can use SurveyMonkey. Very little is required to begin the process of building and deploying a survey. If you have a technical background it helps, but even non-technical users can build and deploy surveys with relative ease. Not only is it easy to use, but it helps you build survey questions that are appropriate for the audience you're targetting.

Super intuitive--however, every now and then, you'll run into a type of question you'd wish to ask but isn't available. Either that, or you wish you could present the question in a more interactive way than their question-options allow for.

The only reason I don't score it closer to 10 is because it isn't the best when you're trying to collaborate with others on a particular survey project. Additionally, sometimes the website feels a bit older, compared to a Google Suite option. It is easy to use, but sometimes I find myself a bit challenged in navigating it.

It definitely has ease of use, but there are times where it is hard to navigate and get exactly what you want accomplished. Also, adding additional users and giving them the same access wasn't something that was easy to figure out the first time around.

Very easy to use. I never had a problem using it from the start. It's very intuitive and easy to figure out as you go. It clearly gives you options and templates to create whatever survey would work best for you. I think SurveyMonkey has excellent and versatile usability. They just need to keep current.

The SurveyMonkey interface is simple and never required training, but the way that actions on each survey are divided into many different stages means that it takes a large number of clicks to accomplish basic tasks such as reading the text of your latest survey response.

The interface it too packed with info and promotions. there isn't a clear distinction between the task-related components on the screen, and upgrade promotions, tips etc. much noise.
