Due to its ease of access, I have never had to use the support features in SurveyMonkey. However, when logging in for the first time in a while, the site offers assistance and navigation to find the assistance you may need.

I have never had to use the support for SurveyMonkey - this goes to show that it is fairly intuitive and easy to use and doesn't have too many issues. Never had to reach out to ask a question on how something worked, nor ever needed assistance with something that wasn't working properly.

SM are bottom feeding money grabbing wasters. Their free product only allows 10 results - this was not made clear (and was certainly not the previous situation) when signing up. To now see the additional results we either have to pay over £100 or ask our members to take to time to fill our the survey again on a platform not run by thieves. Not even a free trial period to at least get these results.

Utterly useless and pointless.

I haven't had any need to contact a person for support for this product. The documentation and walkthroughs are enough to get most users where they need. As the production is nearly ubiquitous on the web there are a tremendous amount of helpful guides with a quick Google search or YouTube video.

I've never had to contact the SurveyMonkey customer care team directly, but they have a pretty good library of help articles on their website. Everything from designing and executing your survey to account and billing questions. I never had a need for further support from Survey Monkey.

SurveyMonkey was really easy to use and I never had to reach out to support to use the Product. Even when we paid to send out on a larger scale it was still a very simple process for our entire team to utilize. Otherwise, I cannot comment on how they would handle a telephone call or email regarding the services/products that they offer.

I have not had to utilize the support option yet, but based on its in-depth functionality and ease of use - it seems the right things are happening behind the scenes. I appreciate the continuous access to support as needed, as this is a very important component of a good product.

They have articles on their page that are likely to address any issue that a user may have and incase you need extra help every article page has a link that directs you to contact support. However some users in lower plans may not be eligible for phone support and they include this information in their contact page where a user can check whether they are eligible or not.

I've never used any kind of support from SurveyMonkey, so I don't know how to rate them. My experience has been that it's so user friendly I haven't needed to reach out for support in the last few years I've used the tool.
