The support, as well as the community for the Tableau Desktop, is particularly well established. In addition to this, the documentation is pretty useful and comes in handy in scenarios where some external support is needed. Moreover, the training content available over web and the certification courses is second to none.

In our company, Tableau Desktop is used to ensure data visualizations. It's a crucial pillar of stability. In addition to tracking interactions with customers and sales, dashboards often include tables, charts, and graphs for other purposes. Salesforce bought Tableau. Community help forum posts have either vanished or are challenging to locate. Except in the case of a paid support contract, Tableau Desktop will not provide support to you. However, the user experience has met my expectations.

Tableau Desktop does not give you support unless you pay for it. If your organization has purchased Tableau Desktop and not support, your best bet is to simply use Google and see if any one else has had the same issues as you are having at that moment in time. You can pay for better support.

Without payment, Tableau will not provide customer support. Salesforce has purchased the community forums for the Tableau software. Forum posts are either unavailable or missing. It isn't easy to contact support, but they're helpful when you can meet or call. Because they weren't trying to sell anything, they were less aggressive. Although they are a great partner, I wish for more cooperation.

Any bugs or new features that I have required I update it in the user community forum usually a moderator from tableau support responds and provides the necessary solutions. Also, the user group in the forums are interactive for Q/A related to the product features.

Tableau does not give you support unless you pay for it. If your organization has purchased Tableau and not support, your best bet is to simply use Google for your issue. They were recently acquired by Salesforce so all of the community help forum posts are missing or hard to find now. Support is simply not something that you get, unless you pay for it.

Tableau Desktop is a great tool to have on our side. With customer support, I'd like for it to be better more often. In some cases, contacting the support team can be challenging, but they're always eager to help us.

Tableau's support team responds quicker with work/client licensing rather than to an individual. There are situations where we cannot share TWBX files and it takes a while for the support team to understand the issue and help/resolve it. I personally didn't have a resolution to my problem after contacting the support team in the past.

Tableau has a lot of potentials, but it doesn't always live up to its price tag for customer service. There are times when you can't get in touch with the support team, but when you do, they're beneficial. We need more proactive exit strategies, not just sales pitches. In my opinion, they're a good partner, but more collaboration is required.

Tableau has a large customer support service, and all user queries are addressed very efficiently in very little time. Additionally, there are several Tableau-related blogs that provide solutions to almost all frequently generated issues. There are also several YouTube channels that teach Tableau from scratch, thereby providing a good foundation for new learners.

The support staff is tough to reach at times, but helpful when you have a chance to schedule a call/meeting with them. I wish they were more proactive in terms of reach out and did not try to always sell something. I see them as a valid partner, but would like to have more collaboration.

Tableau support has been extremely responsive and willing to help with all of our requests. They have assisted with creating advanced analysis and many different types of custom icons, data formatting, formulas, and actions embedded into graphs. Tableau offers a weekly presentation of features and assists with internal company projects.

The community forum of Tableau is great where people can collaborate and answer your issues. But sometimes you have to wait for quite a lot before you get any response from their support teams. This is where I believe Tableau lacks as after paying such a high price you expect quality support which I believe is not up to the mark.

My experience with the Tableau team has all been positive. They are very quick to help and the Tableau community is a vast resource full of common problems where you can find most answers. Those that you can not find, the Tableau team were very quick and helpful to solve any issues we had.

I have never really used support much, to be honest. I think the support is not as user-friendly to search and use it. I did have an encounter with them once and it required a bit of going back and forth for licensing before reaching a resolution. They did solve my issue though.
