Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

As soon as a problem with the system arises, customer service responds quickly to alert us and keep us up to date on the situation. I can't remember a time when the Tableau Online Support hasn't been able to help us in a timely manner when we've had problems with our system.

I have not had any issues that require customer support from Tableau at this time, which speaks well to Tableau. I have taken an online course with Tableau and it was very professional and well done, so based on that I would assume a similar level of quality for their customer service.

In times where the system is down, support has always been quick to notify and keep us apprised of the latest developments. It's crucial for our system to always be available, but when emergencies have arisen, I don't recall a time where the Tableau Online Support hasn't been able to address our concerns in a timely manner.

There have been only a few instances where I needed to contact Tableau Online's support team and my experience was satisfying. The team was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. They were able to understand the gravity of the situation and were able to help me out earlier than expected which avoided any downtime and productivity loss.
However, I would have preferred to have a live chat or direct call option as if the situation is very very critical, the email support doesn't feel to be the most reliable option to me.

I have no had a lot of experience with the support team, but I know that it’s hardly necessary for the end-user to contact. Usually, the main questions I get are on how to read a certain dashboard or how to navigate to a certain place. Overall, the simplicity of the software is what helps out with less need for support.

We had some implementation issues with an API call and existing software and they were quick to respond with an in-depth solution which worked for us and was easy to implement without too much pain

I personally do not use the support often, mainly because it is fairly easy to use and requires little assistance once up and running. But there is a good community support you can tap into so there is a lot of existing information and "how to" information available online. In addition, since it is pretty widely used, there were many members on our team already experienced in using the tools.

I have actually never had to use this myself however I can think of a few incidents where tableau was offline and it seemed like a very short amount of time from when we were alerted of the outage and our team was on the phone with tableau support to the time the issue was resolved. So that’s good!

To be honest, I don't ring them up for much support. The platform can easily be operated by even people who are not into data analytics. I seldom face technical issue or glitches while interacting with the mechanisms of Tableau Online. At max, if something doesn't load up, a simple refresh is all that is required and does the job.

I have never had to use the support for Tableau online as we have internal support if anyone in the organization happens to run into issues in using the tool or trying to create reports, or pulling in the correct data. However our set up went smoothly so my rating is based solely on that experience.

Overall it's pretty easy to get support from Tableau Online, there's documentation online so typically can resolve quick questions that way. We typically can resolve any account related issues promptly as well so at least from a maintenance viewpoint (not thinking about new features or integrations), there haven't been any issues with getting the support that we needed.

My experience with Tableau support has been really amazing. Tableau has tons of FAQs and resources on its online support website. It helped me multiple times to just go over the website, find what I am looking for and get the answer to my questions. That's why I give full marks to Tableau Support.
