TalentReef combines industry expertise and digital innovation to develop a platform purpose-built for location-based, high-volume hiring. This technology aims to drive efficiency and ensure consistency; eliminate errors in the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process; and boost employee retention. TalentReef integrates with business systems to create a streamlined experience for hiring managers and applicants, offering the features, flexibility, and support to transform the talent management ecosystem.

TalentReef enables recruiters and hiring managers to promote jobs across multiple channels, including social networks, job boards, career sites, search engines, conversational AI chatbot, email campaigns, mobile devices, and walk-ins. Their Talent Community allows users to nurture a pool of potential applicants, with members automatically updated when jobs relevant to their interests are posted. Ineligible applicants are filtered out of the application process before manager reviews and can be added to the talent pool for future opportunities.

TalentReef’s digital onboarding process can send employee data to other business systems, removing the need for manual data entry and streamlining workflows. E-Verify, I-9, and State Withholding Tax processes are built-in, and users can run compliance reports at any time. Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) forms can also be submitted electronically. New hires can be trained before their first day using position-specific training in a variety of formats. Once onboarded, employees can manage their worker profiles online, with the ability to update contact information, tax withholdings, direct deposit accounts, and EEO/OFCCP details.

TalentReef is currently being used as the portal for all of our current applicants go thru. Then we use the system to track their progress to on boarding or release. The program is well thought out and quite easy to use. The customer service that TalentReef has on staff are also quite helpful and usually resolve any questions or assistance within a day.

We use talentReef primarily for hiring and HR software for our full-service restaurant locations. It is an excellent platform for a small business to manage online applications, stay compliant with required documentation, and recruit new talent. Before we utilized talentReef we used paper applications which led to sporadic results. When we opened our second location we knew we needed a better way to receive, review, and hire staff.

We are currently using the ATS and Onboarding features for applicants and new hires for all of our markets. We have market recruiters and training managers who use the system on a daily basis. We also have a few satellite locations where the manager uses talentReef for the same purpose. Having the Onboarding feature has eliminated our managers' need to sit with new hires to give them forms to complete. From the Onboarding information, each day we export new hire data from talentReef and import it into our HRIS/Payroll system. Being able to do so eliminates 90% of the manual entry of new hires into our HRIS/Payroll system. There are still a few fields that must be managed manually though.

I have been using talentReef for a few months now, primarily for ATS/assessments/background check/onboarding. I plan on rolling out other modules in the next several months. It's great to move off of paper and receive applications online. I love that all onboarding paperwork is done online before the new hire even starts. It has freed up a lot of my time as the HR department of one. I also love the fact that the assessment gives me a better understanding of what I can expect from my future hires.

TalentReef is primarily used by the HR Team and Restaurant General Managers. We use it for applicant tracking, onboarding and performance management. It has addressed several long term issues such as eliminating paper from the application process and paper employee files stored at the restaurant, consolidated multiple vendors under one roof during the hiring process (i.e. background check, MVR screening and WOTC) making the hiring process much more efficient for our users. It has reduced the time it takes to get a new candidate identified and hired while at the same time increasing the caliber of candidate we are hiring.

The custom reporting on demand assists in further business growth and strategies at the corporate office level. Great system for hourly workforce.

This includes corporate and 43 restaurant locations located in 5 different states. talentReef has made the process of job posting seamless, as well as, reviewing, tracking, and storing applications. We use Talent Reef as our primary ATS system to help us onboard and recruit talent to work in our c-stores. Our whole HR department uses it and we have over 60 stores and the managers and district managers use it to find talent to staff their locations. It helps us find extra applicants that we may not get elsewhere and keeps us in line with the I-9 and onboarding tasks that allow us to go paperless.

We use TalentReef at our corporate support center, corporate locations and franchise locations. Our entire organization uses TalentReef for recruiting, hiring, onboarding and managing employee files. TalentReef has helped us keep our employee files accurate, up to date and easily accessible. One of the best features of talentReef is that when an employee is hired, we ensure all required documents are completed. We also use TalentReef as the main source for employee information, so all other systems are updated from TalentReef. Our POS, payroll and online learning program all get employee information from TalentReef. All changes happen in TalentReef and then are pushed to other areas in order to keep information accurate in all systems. We have been very pleased with our relationship with TalentReef and they have proven to be a strong partner.
