I would give Tealium Customer Data Hub's total assistance a score of 10 on a scale of 1 to 9. The staff goes above and above to handle client complaints and promptly resolve them. They are also highly informed and responsive. Their level of support is constantly high, which is indicative of their commitment to customer happiness.

If I could give an 11, I would! Tealium Customer Data Hub support has been instrumental in our success this year, on multiple different projects. The support has continued to improve each and every year. There are more resources available online to help you get the proper solution in place to handle whatever function you are trying to take care of. We have used other companies and have found their support to be lacking and not nearly as robust. We don't usually run into anything that can't be solved by searching the online forums or dialing into the support team. They do a really good job.

No vendor has ever delivered the level of support that we regularly get from Tealium. Whenever we run into an issue, we submit a ticket and always hear back within a few hours (or sooner based on the urgency noted in the ticket). Tealium support often helps me to customize the tags or pixels we set, they help to solve problems such as "Why did data suddenly stop being collected?" and more.

I have commented earlier that the support team are great. We use to write them and open tickets and the answers should be in the same day. We have had meetings with the team, and sometimes even in our own language (Spanish). Every time we use the support channel, the result has been solve the problem.

Tealium's on-demand support is timely and thorough. And their professional services teams did a great job for us with implementation and with migration of our client-side tags from Google Universal Analytics to GA4. For support requests, their ticket management system is pretty robust, and their follow-through on our tickets has been excellent.

Tealium Customer Data Hub provides us with excellent customer support for the variety of tools that we use. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. If a solution can't be reached via email they are always more than willing to get on a phone call/screenshare to ensure our needs are met.
