  • Zoom
It's very close, when we did the evaluation TeamViewer was very similar to Zoom but glad we chose TeamViewer. We use the Augmented Reality feature quite a bit now in troubleshooting hardware issues remotely which I am not sure is available in other products. Cost-wise its very similar to other platforms as well found to be slightly cheaper than Zoom.

More comfortable and more reliable when connection to different networks espacially if they are secured with special firewall settings. Also the information of the clients (on-/offline status, agent version installed etc.) in the management board is more comfortable than in other products in the same segment. At the time of purchase, pricing was also an argument to use TeamViewer instead of other vendors.

Overall TeamViewer is superior to other remote solutions that I've used. It is faster and more reliable, with a better overall interface and management console. AnyDesk is generally slower and the interface is not as intuitive or easy to use. Endpoint Central is also slower with inferior interface and not as reliable in terms of being able to connect to remote clients. Microsoft RDP is more comparable in speed to TeamViewer, though not as but often requires firewall considerations and settings, as well as lacking file transfer ability or management console, so it's much more limited.

TeamViewer stacked up very well. Has most of the same type of features and It also has a free personal version to use. I like all the features and the direction TeamViewer is heading. We picked TeamViewer because of its ease of use and its secure connection. And the many functions.

Among these options, only a few provide the ability to take over control of the connected device, especially since TeamViewer works remarkably well cross-platform. TeamViewer lacks video-calling functionality, but that is not important for our use case. TeamViewer's screensharing is also the smoothest among these options.

TeamViewer is my personal favorite of all the products I've tried. My company pays for Zoho Assist, but I have so many customer who hate using it that I, out of pocket, paid for TeamViewer myself. The ease, recognition, and just overall quality, speed, file transfers, easy access. Its an app on the computer meaning its better for your eyes as you can see the full screen. Some of the other products I believe actually gave me eye issues from how it rendered the screen in a browser, making a smaller window and a lower quality rendering causing a lot of squinting.

I find Splashtop more intuitive and more stable. I have also found Splashtop to work better when only needed to connect to a few computer from potentially a large number of computers (i.e. connecting to your office computer from a home desktop, and hope laptop, or home ipad). Splashtop (business plan) is significantly cheaper than attempting to use TeamViewer in this scenario. Also, Splashtop business includes access from iPads, iPhones, etc. and is not a separate service that has to be added on like it is with TeamViewer.

In the various tests we conducted for about a month with ten users with different roles and responsibilities, TeamViewer scored best in all parameters of our evaluation matrix. Cost/benefit and ease of use were the highest rated. All applications suffer a lot in Internet bandwidth requirements, but TeamViewer was in the average.

Easier access faster than some of the others. We love the mobile feature where you can use the app to connect when on the road. Also it has the ability to access cell phones as well, which many times helps us help a client with their iphones. Great feature. There have been times where I had to get immediate access to an endpoint from my car and TeamViewer came thru with flying colors.

I have previously used the suite of GoTo products for the same functionality that TeamViewer has. While the GoTo family provides the ability to host meetings and webinars that TeamViewer does not, I found that TeamViewer was a much easier platform to work with.

After discovering the options that we had we decided to go with TeamViewer since we thought it would fit better our needs and we thought it was more trustworthy due to many yrs in the market. We checked the reviews of other users online and we read good things about this product of TeamViewer. And it was very easy setup and we thought it was a better brand and the users knew it as a tool.

Horses for courses they say but all around, TeamViewer is the best software for remote management, period. Pulseway's remote desktop can work well on the phone app but on a desktop, it is often unreliable and drops connections. AnyDesk is not appropriate for our business and is only good on a case-by-case basis.

Its simple to use and secure. AnyDesk is pretty open and if you are not very careful anyone can connect who has your username, to keep yourself secure you need to check if you have turned off those settings and if any desk is working or not. Chrome Remote Desktop is good too but I was already comfortable with TeamViewer so I didn't consider it.

AnyDesk has very limited functions, multiple session lost issue with limited file sharing capacity. Team viewer is much ahead when it comes to the productive time and continues session. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a remote support software. Easy to install, manage and quick connect across the systems.
