Our IT department supports TeamViewer. This department consists of employees with often many years of experience within the IT scope of businesses. Their skills vary by individual but the biggest skill needed is the ability to understand how the software works and I would say that our IT department definitely understands how this software works and are able troubleshoot any issues successfully.

Team viewer is easy to use so you don't need a super technical person to be effective with the service. As long as they understand the basics of remote access, they can use team viewer easily.

TeamViewer is a very easy to use and easy to support tool. The fact that we only have 2 in-house resources managing TeamViewer tells you how easy and trustworthy of a tool it really is. The types of skills required to support TeamViewer are found in any IT support resource, IT operations manager or IT management professional.

When we assign team for support of teamviwer we decide some creteria for those people that include and not limit as follow . Working with data , Ability to analizing data , Know of the IOT "internt of Things " , able to bulit in reporting , The selected people were able to install and connect teamviwer to the requested computers .

The office manager sometimes needs to share the CEO's screen so she has to access the CEO's screen sometimes and has no issues doing it. also the IT department uses teamviewer to support the CEO's computer and also uses it to remote into work from home workers who are using their home computers and laptops.

Our computer technicians support TeamViewer. But outside of installing the software, there isn't much to support. It just works. A general understanding of computers or connecting to remote machines is all that is needed to leverage the software. By doing this, we are able to save time and focus on other priorities.

TeamViewer is quite a straight forwards software, and I have been tasked with adding account for new technicians and interns from time to time, so as a result, the challenges I get from these people, is only in cases where they need to know how to use or authenticate new devices they sign in from, including password resets should they forget.
