It did not take long to see the benefit of teamviewer. Once the pandemic hit, and the world realized remote work was the trend. We realized productivity and efficiency can be delivered from anywhere in the world once you have the proper software in place.

  • When other support options aren't available, TeamViewer still allows us to assist the customer.
  • TeamViewer has allowed our office team to grow quite a bit in size, making renting office space more economic as well.

  • Extremely positive ROI when looking at my time usage and how quickly I am able to get to the root of an issue with a customer. If I look at my yearly salary and divide it out., TeamViewer more than makes up for the cost I've saved in time spent 1. trying to get in using another remote software. 2. Time I've saved by being able to see an issue as opposed to guessing
I would say one month the subscription had paid for itself but that is as a one user license. If it were a team, and the subscription cost was higher, but being used by more people, I imagine it would have a greater ROI

  • I know there are other application with the same purpose are available, but personally not used them. TeamViewer is saving time for me.
From the beginning that IT installed the TeamViewer on my computer. IT had to install different version to make sure I have full access with the right version.
Also, it took a long time to set up username and password for some of the new instrument to get connected to TeamViewer (still one standing request), but after that was easy to use.

  • We were able to dispense with offices in our Iowa location - where we had previously worked in person - and move to remote work. This saved about $20k per year.
  • By locating our individual computers in the corporate colo and using TeamViewer for remote control, we avoided the problem of needing to deal with occasional power or ISP outages in our local office - which was especially problematic when key people were out of town.

We are using Team Viewer since 6 years now and we are very happy with the solution we made. Since we have many locations it was required some time ago to travel periodically to several sites to check things out or help the users with their requests. Now we are not traveling anymore . Now we are kind of missing the traveling and not solve the issues so fast from our working place or anywhere when we work from home.

  • The core of our business is providing remote IT support to unmanned stations. Without a program like TeamViewer, we would be unable to operate.

  • Earlier, we used to raise ticket when we need IT support to trouble shoot system which usually takes 24 hours. Our IT team support time improved to only 2 hours.
  • For installation of inter application we have to visit the IT department, now we can managed it remotely
  • Sharing files and asking team member to share their screen is much earlier.
  • During the interview session, now we need not to ask candidate to come for the coding round. Now we can take the interview remotely only.
