We use TeamViewer as a remote desktop access tool for our users or it support , and it really works great. The product hasn't caused any significant problems. My scope involves managing around 300-400 PCs, and TeamViewer makes it easy to remotely access all of them. It also simplifies group and user management.
- group management
- Remote access easy
- simply use
Cons
- being able to move a computer without deleted it
Easy to use, simple and intuitive layout

Our company purchased the Core Package a couple of months ago. We switched to Blizz from a bigger platform and everyone on our team seems to be happy with this decision. The price is much more affordable than most alternatives, but it’s laced with useful features like screen-sharing, recording option, meeting scheduler, etc. Really enjoying our experience with Blizz so far.
- Affordable and a great tool for collaboration
- Works well for large group meetings and provides useful tools for efficient collaborative work
- End-to-end session encryption, unique meeting ID for each user, easy and fast setup and registration, available on Android and IOS, Mac and PC, Outlook integration
Cons
- You can sense that the product is still in development/introduction stages, but has the potential of getting bigger
- Some UI improvements are necessary
- Not a lot of public awareness

It is more so used individually or by department, depending on individual needs. You can say that it is being used across the whole organization in the sense that the organization is made up of different departments, in which individuals use TeamViewer. It is not being deployed on a mass scale across the whole organization though, where everyone is required to use it, or recommended to everyone. The business problem it addresses is giving users access to a remote assistance/sharing platform that is stable and really good from a security standpoint.
- The platform does not use a lot of system resources both when being used and not being used. This is really good to help not interfere with someone trying to be productive when working on their computer.
- It is really easy to install from an install standpoint. It doesn't really require much in the way of in-depth configuration to get the platform up and running.
- It provides timely updates to the platform, whether these be patches, or regular platform updates. Also, updates are pushed down to the desktop platform in an efficient manner, meaning it really doesn't require much on the user's part to be too involved in running these updates.
Cons
- It is costly, meaning the license cost is more expensive to some other remote assistance platforms on the market.
- Both systems that support the TeamViewer session need to have a fast and reliable internet connection, otherwise performance of TeamViewer will suffer.
- Computers are only accessible if they are online and active (according to the TeamViewer computer management portal). There really is no easy way to "wake up" computers in a sleep/hibernation state.

We have staff throughout the entire state while a lot of the files they need access to have to stay at our central office's location. We have been using Teamviewer to allow them access to these files without them saving any of them on their local computer. It also allows us to troubleshoot with them remotely.
- Offered enhanced features.
- Free version for personal use.
Cons
- Remote print to local is hard to set up
- Generic teamviewer is hard to work with branded one
- Purchased license doesn't work with newer version
- Old-new versions incompatible issues.
