Zoom is just for large meetings where the attendees are from different domains and companies. So, the security is a concern when sharing the screen and giving screen control. Microsoft Teams is very slow when it comes to sharing the screen and managing the PC remotely by taking the control. TeamViewer has most of these desired features more enhanced than others.

  • Zoom
TeamViewer better at centrally managing lots of workstations and devices, but not as straightforward as Zoom for client customer support. Most of our clients (who are less technically proficient) use Zoom regularly so it was easier to support them on an individual basis than trying to onboard them with TeamViewer.

So far, I've used the software described above, but I prefer TeamViewer because it easily solves our problem and has a user-friendly interface. Because of the various features that TeamViewer offers, it outperforms other programs on the market for accessing remote devices. The cost that TeamViewer charges our organization is less compared to other tools and also provides more security.

AnyDesk is very helpful, almost equally usable compared to TeamViewer.
Zoho Assist needs to develop a lot more to be equal with TeamViewer.
Chrome Remote Desktop is a regular extension of chrome so it does not have all the special features of TeamViewer.
We tried ClickUp once or twice but did not like the interface.

for inside computer, we use also ultra vnc, which is fast, and free. it is fast and cheap for us, even if there are less security options, like remote computer cannot confirm remote assistance. For some device like zebra handheld for worksrs (like mc33 ) we use AnyDesk wich is more fast and lioghtweight

We've tried a few other Remote login services. We've found that TeamViewer is the easiest for us to use as a team, but maybe more importantly, its easier for our customers to install in for an on demand meeting. Additionally, we've found that it's easier for us as a team to manage our open cases through TeamViewer's interface as opposed to other solutions.

I prefer TeamViewer over any of them because of fast or faster response it is compared to Zoom, WebEx, and AnyDesk. Sometimes it can be frustrating if TeamViewer fails to connect and I have to use others. I feel like because TeamViewer mainly does screen sharing that’s why it’s better.

At the beginning, we tried those options, since they are cheaper or even for free, and although they were easy to learn and to implement, they didn't offer the features that we were expecting to have, specially in the security and trust terms, that's why we started to use TeamViewer instead with great results, better than expected!

TeamViewer is in power with Microsoft Teams except the voice suppression on Teams is way better than TeamViewer from the point for band with to Teams works better a bit on Teams than in TeamViewer. TeamViewer needs a bit of more work to be done in these areas otherwise, they are both similar

We use teams as our main communication and collab tool, but the "take control" feature isn't as robust as TeamViewer's full package offering. TeamViewer has much more to offer users who aren't part of our organization and/or don't have devices that are up to the security standards that our organization mandates.

We have to use one or the other access software depending on our client. However, if available, we prefer TeamViewer, as it provides more control and easy access.

Teamviewer was an organizational decision, not one that I made. Splashtop was integrated with NinjaRMM, which is based on ZenDesk; it performed all of the same functionality and had some features that I really appreciated, such as dragging and dropping from my desktop to the remote session. It had a lot of features that I particularly enjoyed, but most remote desktop packages do most of the same things. It's just a question of where a feature is located and how easy it is to activate.
