In one of my projects, I was working with a US client so our timings were very odd but we had to finish our work before the deadline so rather than wasting time on taking pull-push in another's system, we connected via TeamViewer and worked with each other seamlessly which helped us a lot in completing our work before time.

I would highly recommend TeamViewer for the longer remote support session needed to login with remote control access enable from the application itself. For any requirement to provide the remote support, TeamViewer would be an excellent option by sharing the quick access link or using classic TeamViewer ID and password credentials if both parties provide the access credentials information in advance. However TeamViewer application would be less appropriate if the remote user's end needs immediate support urgently such as for a scenario where the remote user calls to the software vendor to provide the required technical support for remote login over phone call and the technical support person will need to key-in both TeamViewer ID and password within a short period of time to assist and support. On such scenario, it will be a bit challenging as sometimes the password credentials need to enter is a bit complex over the phone conversation and may need to enter two or three times to get remote login to the user's device. I think for such scenario, quick assist to remote support with ID only needed to enter to the remote device would be more efficient way for handling urgent remote support requests.

TeamViewer is the best solution for remote access as it provides an easy way for nontechnical users to give access to support personal to help them troubleshoot issues while they view the actions made by the support personnel. It doesn’t require complex networking setup and provides a secure way for Remote Desktop access. It’s also available on all operating systems.

It is easy to navigate and learn. The remote access feature is quite helpful. It also provides with vpn feature. Easy to use and the remote feature is dependable and easy. Supporting clients from remote is a great scenario we can use the tool. Managing projects remotely can be made easy with TeamViewer

I was having a user in another state who was having issues with their desktop and was able to login and able to see the issue and get them back up and running within 20 minutes.

The times savings of not having to be onsite for software issues is a lifesaver for you and the end user.

It is well suited to help customers with their problems. In my experience TeamViewer is actually great for the purposes we use it for. A situation where it might be less appropriate could be if you install this on a server to be accessible at all times, since it could be a pretty easy way for hackers to get in if they get into your TeamViewer account. But of course, a hacker getting a hold of ANY account will be bad for your environment.

As described before, Teamviewer for business is really usefull and mandatory to support the users on daily bases and have the quality of services as this tool will help you out to understand and see better the real issue. Also the computer just need to be connnected to the internet.

This software is helpful for smaller IT teams that are serving a wide array of computers in multiple different locations. It is often the most efficient way to resolve an issue related to a computer rather than spending an hour on the phone with a user trying to explain to them what they need to do in order to solve common problems.

When you find you need a free application to provide quick support, TeamViewer I find works great, but make sure you have the same operating systems between the 2 machines. Providing support becomes very difficult. Luckily when I was using TeamViewer we had both Mac and PC machines available for support.

TeamViewer helped us during lockdown time, when we were stuck at some error, the team could help each other to overcome the technical issues. The best thing regarding TeamViewer Remote is its simplicity and speed. And user interface of TeamViewer is easier for non-technical users too. So, no need to give employees extra training for that.

TeamViewer is very well suited for user support from a distance like laptop maintenance, installation of new software. It can also be used to improve our work efficiency, doing technics like pair programming. It is less suited for meetings, demos, etc.

TeamVieweris well suited when we work in a time critical environment and needs to address the issue quickly as possible. Also its well suited if we need to remote into multiple systems at the same time to fix issues. TeamViewer is also much helpful if you need to push updates or file transfer from one system to another.

When there is a problem with a persons vpn app. Once I was unable to download and access the VPN. This is a 100 percent necessary need for my daily work. I was able to get on TeamViewer with a member of the IT team and get the problem solved swiftly and efficiently so I could get back to work.

For a personal user, this makes it easy for the designated IT family member to help and support them.

For the home lab user that wants to run headless machines without the expense and overhead of a Keyboard/Mouse and Monitor for each unit so much easier. Just needs power and network/internet.

TeamViewer is perfect for jobs that can be completed remotely, when the main server requires a person to be physically on site. I suggest, however, that the usage be limited to things that don't demand to much memory usage of the computer that you are remote accessing, as the more "complicated" the task on the computer, the slower it can be to complete it.

TeamViewer has a user-friendly interface with a simple setup ideal for quick assistance. It is device and platform independent and works pretty well with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS devices. Its built-in file transfer and chat features within sessions simplify collaboration and file sharing and reduce the need for additional tools for the same purpose.

You need to provide remote assistance. This is an easy task with TeamViewer. Simple for the client to install, and easy to explain how to connect and use it. Quick learning curve. Fast connection. Quality viewer with clear screens and fast refresh and no problems with lag or waiting around.

Teamviewer is very good in a client-server type setup, a situation where an expert connects to someone's computer remotely and offer to help fix issues on that computer or access network devices using the remote computer as a jump box. Teamviewer is not suitable for remotely accessing firewalls and switches for example. This would be a great feature if it can be archived.

It's well suited for reliable remote access that does not need any firewall configuration. You can easily set it up and quickly help someone remotely. It's not well suited for small companies that occasionally need to do remote support. The licenses are very expensive for small businesses to justify the costs.

Well suited where you need to be able to access and control a users' computer. Ideal where you want to be able to centrally manage computers which you need to routinely access vs. requesting a login code.

Probably overkill when you only need to access a single computer or do so irregularly. In these cases Teams or Chrome RDP would likely suffice.

Remote desktop to my users, it can set the define password and allow admin can remote without accept from user, for somecase do not waiting the user confirm. However this is our policy, but TeamViewer can do and allow user. I like and share this features to my colleage, they are very happy.
