Since it takes only a few moments between a support request and when the support actually connects to our laptops to fix something from the distance, it saves a lot of time. And therfore, it saves money.

  • Positive: I am able to give my mom and other familyu instant support without having to make them wait till I visit or making a special trip (driving 2+ hrs) to help resolve.
  • Negative: As a personal user, my account will often get confused with being a commercial account because I will sometimes assist from a place with business class internet. I have had to explain to them twice that I am a personal user.
  • Positive: It has saved me from having to buy add'l hardware to supporet my home lab / equipment. It also helps with that power bill as well - not having to run a monitor for wach unit.
It was immediate when I needed to help my family with issues where, without Teamviewer, I would have had to drive the 2+ hours (fuel and tolls) to reach them to resolve a massive (to them) issue.

  • When traveling into the office isn't possible, or you need to access a file immediately, you can do so from the comfort of home
  • Collaborating on projects remotely is a cinch, drastically reducing the time needed to complete them
The direct and observable economic benefits of TeamViewer is incalculable. The ability to have our IT Specialists remote in to our computers and troubleshoot problems instantly, instead of waiting for them to come out to our site saves so much time and helps spare us having to cancel patients. Anything that can help keep our day going as smoothly as possible is an invaluable asset!

  • We have a geographically dispersed team and many of us work remotely. A 25% increase in project completion rates- thanks to collaboration across different time zones using TeamViewer.
  • Clients feel more involved and provide immediate feedback. We experienced better client satisfaction and reduced revisions. We saw 20% increase in client satisfaction and 10% decrease in revision requests after implementing TeamViewer.
  • Gone are the days of waiting for hours or even days for an IT technician to resolve a critical issue. Now we can get immediate assistance for almost any technical issue with TeamViewer. Just a few days back, it took our IT team under 15 minutes to remotely diagnose and fix a server problem that threatened to shut down our entire operation.
The impact on client experience due to faster response times and better collaboration took a bit longer to translate into quantifiable metrics like client retention and satisfaction. We saw a noticeable upward trend after around 6-8 months. However, we saw immediate relief from IT ticket-raising hassles and assistance as we started using TeamViewer for remote technical support.

  • Presently we have customers around the world and we are able to offer them support without having to travel, this cuts cost massively and does not keep the customer waiting for the engineer to travel and fix an issue.
  • While working on a document, one can easily grab files from other remote servers easily

  • It would be a good correction if they change the interface completely, placing one that has a nicer design, some colors that really get the user's attention and make him feel more comfortable, of course, I do not say that the current interface is ugly, but I do I would like some changes.
  • he paid plans dont seem to offer much of what I need for my small business. No live support but they tend to respond to emails w/in 24 hours.

  • Enables better support of users working from home, which could save on office space
  • Allows for visiblity to users logged in which could allow you rudimentary tracking
Immediately as it reduced the need for visits, the biggest hurdle is internal adoption of non-in-person visits.
