We occasionally use TeamViewer to assist staff that work remotely, and some edge cases where clients need help with financial products.

We use it to connect to computers out in the shop. For example, if other employees have questions, we just log on and resolve the issues or questions. It is a bit expensive, but a great tool to get the job done in a quicker way. It solves a lot of extra steps. It is expensive but it's limitless on what can be achieved with it

Watch out from their Subscriptions and your payments info. Your payment information is not editable to you, even you cannot remove it easy or see it, they store your payment info somewhere for them to use it without your consent and very hard to know when your Subscription will end until you will be surprised with a payment posted to your account especially if you Subscribe annually. For you to cancel the Subscription you need to go through complicated process to create a ticket and send written request 28 days before your Subscription end which they don’t tell you when it end. So watch out.

As a user of this flagship product, TeamViewer, an all-in-one solution for remote assistance, this software has remote access availability and online meetings, which breaks down geographical distances between large businesses allowing you to assist clients remotely, work with colleagues remotely and also stay connected with your own devices or assist friends and family. This product in recent years has been developing and optimizing the way we share documents and adding artificial intelligence scenarios, for example, in our organization all processes are subject to policies that to attend meetings we have to add a wallpaper as standard to attend meetings.

We are a totally remote-based business so being able to provide support to our employees when they need it is vital. By using Team Viewer we are able to view our employee's devices/screens and provide them with remote troubleshooting/resolve issues they may be having with their device. Without TeamViewer (in the worst-case scenario) this would involve us either having to drive to meet the employee or them having to send us the laptop back.

When Citrix or a VPN solution is not available, TeamViewer is utilized to access computers remotely. In addition to being able to collaborate and work remotely, it gives users access to a variety of operating systems, including Windows and Macintosh. During the pandemic, it has shown to be a successful tool for linking people across the world to distant systems at smaller remote sites and offices.

My two co-directors and I work remotely and we have weekly meetings using WhatsApp calling or TeamViewer. WhatsApp calling when we are just providing feedback on previous agenda items and TeamViewer when we need the screen sharing functionality to jointly work on a document or brainstorm around a new business idea, strategy or process.

I used TeamViewer in a Mac environment to help with the remote support and administration of systems locally at the office and remotely across the world. Because I was the only IT support personnel I was the sole individual to leverage the program's full capabilities of remote access, file transfer and unattended access. These features greatly helped me to easily and reliably troubleshoot end user workstations with very little administrative effort.

TeamViewer is being used by the support team to connect to remote customer locations to resolve their issues. In case of immediate support is required this software helps to connect and have immediate intervention. We use it to solve small client software issues and to check and resolve network issues as well.

Teamviewer is used quite often when we need to connect to remote workstations in order to address issues or to set up software or access certain data. As the Head of IT, we need solutions that make it easy to quickly and easily connect to and correct issues to support 80+ workstations. TeamViewer does a good job of making that process easy.

Currently, we are utilizing the connections for remote work users that require access to their Apple iMacs as they do not have the required space available in their homes. So far, this has been the best solution for our team members to continue being productive since Covid-19 began. The service is very responsive and transmits a well-displayed image to the end-user.

I work as an engineer to support systems mainly and occasionally user desktops. The TeamViewer tool allows users to view the support connection, giving options to train other employees or blank the screen for private sessions or security reasons. The simplicity and options for viewing and audio capabilities make this a valuable tool for remote control.

TeamViewer is used by our organization to support customers in their publishing journey. We employ it in all departments because it is easy-to use and functional. It is particularly helpful to our business because it addresses the issue of show-not-tell. In other words, TeamViewer allows us to remote access and remote control a client's computer, thereby allowing us to maintain software, install updates and troubleshoot problems. We were early adopters of TeamViewer since it was first released in 2005, and we have enjoyed its expanding functionality ever since. While there are competitive products now on the market, we like TeamViewer for all these reasons, especially that it does not require registration and is free of charge for non-commercial use.

TeamViewer is used weekly, sometimes daily for helping other team members with computer issues. It's a great help with the implementation of new software and training. When a new contractor comes on board, the onboarding process can be overwhelming, and being able to see their computer is a huge help with installation and going forward.

TeamViewer is really just a superior remote desktop control system compared to software like Zoom. TeamViewer has a lot of cross-desktop features that allow you to remotely work with others rather than a basic screen share or other generic remote desktop systems. The remote desktop control has a much stronger response time and higher resolution. It's particularly great for remotely accessing secure desktops when you're not in person at that desktop, but need resources from it. It's considerably faster in operation than other remote VPN access systems like Cisco.

TeamViewer is great for remoting into my customer's systems and fixing issues without having to travel onsite. On many occasions, I am able to avoid traveling to the location by remoting in and figuring out what needs to be done. The best part is if customers give me full-time access I can support them without any interaction from them.

We use Teamview as our main driver in IT support of our user-based. We have the system set up to allow us to send a link to a user when a remote session is required. When Teamviewer was first brought in here it was an incredible asset and we could not have performed technical support without it. Now that there are other readily available options, we find that we use it a bit less though it is still the staple for use by the support team. It allows us the ability to, in most cases, never have to visit a desktop to support a user.

We have been using TeamViewer mainly for supporting clients remotely. The best part about using this tool is its ease of usage & the right sets of features it provides. TeamViewer also facilitates us with a lot of advanced screen sharing capabilities along with a very high level of encryption. It eliminates any kind of in-person visit to the affected site as every possible troubleshooting can be done virtually over a call with the end-user. This in turn saves a lot of time & FTEs as well resulting in increased efficiency.
