It is being used by the entire organization and for various reasons. We use it for both billable and non-billable time entries, collections efforts and the accounts payable team logs invoices there. We add all employees to Elite as well, as that information feeds into other connected databases and systems that we use.
  • Track time entries.
  • Handle invoices.
  • Run reports.
  • Store historical data.
  • Users have reported that they have more reporting capability in other software.
  • The upgrade process is very time-consuming.
  • Sometimes slow.
Timekeeping is good, but the report output could be better. The interface is much better than it used to be.
  • Better capability than it's predecessor.
  • Makes business run smoother.
We experienced a better ROI with 3E and the timeline made more sense.
We seem to get the answers that we are looking for rather quickly.

3E Elite is used to track employees time and to determine how much time they spent on particular assignments, clients, matters, and to track the total billable hours for individuals as well as groups. It allows employees to track their time to determine if they are hitting their required billable hours or bonus levels.
  • Tracks time
  • Separates billable and nonbillable hours
  • Separates by Matters and clients
  • Being more interactive
  • Allowing for more updates when dates are submitted
  • More easily accessible tracking numbers
3E Elite is well suited for a company or firm that has many clients and is engaged in pro bono activities, particularly one that will track pro bono time for employees and credit them for that time. Additionally, companies with large clients can use it to determine where the bulk of their business comes from.
