A nice move in the direction of business process software.
- no training
No training or support was provided with TIBCO ActivMatrix. The software is fairly easy to learn given its point and click user interface. It is also helpful to be able to use outside programmers my languages within the software.

The successful use of the product was possible because there is a lot of documentation on the product that can be retrieved online on the TIBCO docs platform. There are many tutorials to learn the product concepts and the best practices of the design and development phases. Each documentation is properly cataloged.
