It has already replicated over 26 GB of CRM data to our Azure SQL Database (our "data warehouse").
The Azure SQL Database is currently the data source for dozens of Power BI reports we have published.
We don't have resources to locate and evaluate alternate products.

Since everything is running as it should be, we currently don't have plans to change the application used to do the kind of work we use Tibco Cloud integration for the moment. It does what it needs to do in a way that currently asks very little maintenance and management from our end. So you could say the TCO of this solution is at an acceptable level.

We are deeply entrenched in using Tibco Scribe capabilities, and we are only expanding our usage. It would be one thing if we used it only for a one-time data load, but we have several Scribe maps running constantly, keeping business-critical data up to date. And the ease of use for the occasional, mass data update or upload is simply icing on the cake. I'm a big Microsoft fan, so there is potential down the road to convert our Scribe data integrations to Microsoft Flow (or Power Automate as it is now called). But for now, the functionality just isn't there with Flow (Power Automate), plus the work involved to change all our current integrations would be a large undertaking. So for now and the foreseeable future, Scribe will remain our data integration tool of choice.

The project which required the Scribe tool has been cancelled due to business direction change. Unless another project requiring Scribe comes up, it will likely not be renewed. Companies are always looking for cost savings though and Scribe is less expensive than competitors, so you never know.

Of the integration tools reviewed, this one is preferred; 80% of our current clients use either the on-premise version or the cloud version of Scribe for integrations.
