Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Training was OK but I wouldn't say it had much impact. I feel like the Level 2 could have had more advanced techniques - I didn't really learn anything that I didn't already know. It may have been for a couple of reasons - possibly not directly related to the course, I understand it was a public course that has to cater for all skill types. I had been using the tool for 4 months or so before I attended and I am quite technical myself, so I maybe picked it up quicker than others. I also feel like the "certification" isn't really worth what it is made out to be.

The product is simple. Assuming you are willing to read a maximum of 4 articles, you will be able to get up and running. I suspect there are more features than we used, but our approach was very much oriented around keeping things simple

Training is limited and doesn't go into complex scenarios, you must learn on the job and figure out most things yourself.
You need a good understanding of the source and destination platforms at a schema level - as display names for fields are not easily visible.

I'm a very good learner and I don't think that my experience in learning is a good standard of comparison.
What i can say is that when i had to teach to other colleagues it was very easy. And i consider that the First strength of the product.

I found this approach gave me more real life scenarios to work through, which provided valuable learning experiences. There definitely are a number of features of the platform that I have limited knowledge on, and require ongoing guidance from my co-workers / TIBCO Support as problems arise. I would appreciate an open portal of online training, covering the breadth of tools.

I've learned by myself TIBCO BusinessWorks with helps from my expert colleagues. I sincerely advise you to attend a course before or while learning this technology as it can help you familiarize yourself with some of the most useful tools for developing Business Work processes, such as File and Database Adapter.

Training is foundamental in our job. My company organize sessions in which all professionals toghether share their knowledge about Tibco product.
In the last period we focus our attention on last version 6.*, because many customer are using this version and its plug-ins. So it is very important a strong training to understand the difference between version 5.* and 6.*

The training is very useful especially for the operational team, so they could understand the flow and the end-to-end system. Particularly, it is very important to know how the TIBCO BusinessWorks align with our business requirements. Therefore, a specific business case will have a big impact on the understanding of the whole team, including the Architect and Commercial Department.

A good kick-off, but not crucial to the make the difference. Most of the skills were gained by interacting with experts

The learning process was a little slower than learning other products as there was a lack of a quick start video guide (which is the "gold" standard for product adoption and learning in recent years). Documentation however was stellar, which still allowed me to learn and use the product to its full extent.
