Our Customer Support team uses it to schedule live chat shifts across two different platforms with webchat and SMS chat.
- Live updates- when things are updated, everyone can see the changes.
- We love that you can offer upshifts for others to take so that each team member can get the schedule that works best for them.
- We love that you can use it on a computer or phone.
Cons
- We've had a few instances where the site was down and we weren't able to access our schedules which was tricky, so now we save a back up copy to have on hand in case it goes down.
- There is room for improvement in the notifications.
- This has really helped save time for scheduling. Previously we used google sheets and our large team of 75 were all fighting for shifts and writing over each other's names to claim shifts. Now we assign the shifts and they are able to see their shifts and trade shifts with each other.
- Having one place that everyone can go to but have their own views and logins has been very helpful vs having one document that everyone sees all at the same time. There is more accuracy and it's much more compliant and easy to use. Our employees are happier and they don't complain as much about scheduling.
- We have better coverage because we can see the schedule better and know exactly who is supposed to be working when and our employees have easy access to their phones of what their schedule is.
We feel like Tracksmart has all of the features that we need for our team to schedule live chat shifts. The ability to trade shifts has been hugely helpful for our team and we love the user-friendly flexibility of the software.
