This is where Trello shines. I haven't found a task/project management app yet that is as easy to use on both web and mobile experiences. Whether I'm taking notes, collaborating on tasks, doing work projects, or taking down personal notes at the end of the day, it is so easy to gather data and organize it across lists and boards.

Trello is very easy to use. It is intuitive to anyone who has used a touch screen or smartphone. The boards are appealing visually and easy to work with. It makes task completion "fun." Users at different levels can use it and come out on the same page. It is a smooth tool.

Trello has an easy to use interface. You can just click and drag things, assign users easily and update tasks with a few clicks. You can use different boards for different projects and color code the cards to easily filter them by the task. Users can be assigned and unassigned with just a click. Access to Trello via the mobile app makes it easy to keep up to date when you are on the go.

Trello is seriously one of the easiest programs to use. Creating boards and cards is so easy that my non-tech-savvy parents could do it. Moving items from one board to another is simply a drag and drop process. If there were a rating higher than 10, for usability, I would rate it higher because it's literally that easy to use.

It has a very smooth interface and we really like the simplicity of being able to move cards around at will. The tool's general flexibility kept us using it for quite some time and some people have begun using it to track their own personal stuff as well.

I think Trello is designed for small projects and persons who can track their tasks, and since it is free it provides great features for no money. It also has a great mobile application where one can track their tasks easily.

While the search and individual boards are great, the notifications and overall usage is a mess. Often you feel lost and wonder where everything is. From an individual contributor viewpoint, it is great, but from a team leader viewpoint, it does not cover what you need.

It would be great to be able to use the tool offline and in a more personal capacity, but pen and paper beat Trello here because of these limitations when not connected, and because it is more of a collaboration centered tool and not so much tailored for personal use.

It is simple to use, and flexible, but the aesthetics let it down. It can be personalized, but this comes at a premium, so for many, it won't be an option. It has made our collaborative ability much stronger, and has freed up lots of time that would be spent in meetings, or update chats to actually deliver the work in question.

Trello is very well designed and easy to use. It also has a pretty satisfying design, being able to drag cards from one place to another. I love being able to add an image to each card on my board. I suppose the ease of use could also be a negative, as it makes it not possible to do an overly complex setup.

Trello is very easy to use and that is why it is always the first tool you will think about when you need to manage a simple project. It is not well suited for tech savy projects as it lacks the sophistication needed but it is a great personal tool and I strongly recommend it.

Trello is easy to sit down and use right away. The interface and the layout of Trello is very intuitive to me, and allows me and my team to access information quickly and efficiently. Being able to access the same format through my mobile devices is also valuable because there's no disconnect between 'regular' use and 'mobile' use - it's a seamless transition that allows me to work more efficiently.

Trello is ridiculously simple to use. Its user interface is well designed. Buttons and labels are clear, so you can tell at glance what something means. Plus, it's easy to back out of anything if you don't like what you've done, so there is no fear of messing things up unintentionally.
