I'm giving Trello a 10 for customer support because I've never needed support. The help docs, walkthroughs, etc are all super easy to use and understand. The best support is the support that is built into the product itself and Trello has truly nailed it in this regard.

I haven't reached out to their support very often and their support is very limited anyway for the free users. They do have tons of great articles and videos in their Help Center and constantly send emails with updates and add-ons to the product. The fact that I've barely ever had to contact their support team means that they've developed a great product.

I honestly haven't had to use it much, but they do tend to send regular newsletters on how to best use Trello and ideas for setting it up for your projects. It seems to be supported very well and its user base is incredibly helpful. I would have no problem reaching out to Trello to problem solve any issues I or my team encounter.

I give it a rather neutral rating mainly because we haven't had the need for much customer support on the tool. Where we've run into minor issues or trouble understanding a certain feature, the tool's documentation and help screens were sufficient in solving any problems we were experiencing. Per previous comments in the review, the tool is very intuitive based on our experience.

I have had to use Trello support a few times and they can be contacted easily via email or phone. The customer service representatives are extremely informative and know how to discuss and explain to novices as well as proficient users.

They have a ticketing system where you can raise tickets if you have encountered any problems while using Trello. It has a lot of knowledgebase articles which help beginners getting acclimated to Trello. Trello also offers training services to get your team on board and navigate them on how to use it.

It's hard to give a fair rating of Trello customer support as I have never really felt the need for anything. I believe the service itself is user-friendly and in most cases, you can find what you need with just a few clicks or by doing a search. There are several guides on how to set up Trello, Power-Ups and more that are readily available if you need any pointers.

Their support isn't a super strong point - but there also isn't need for support. I've never had a problem or request from Trello that I've ever had to contact them about. I've never wished it did more, because it does exactly what it needs to. If it tried to do more it would risk becoming too bloated.

I haven't had much need to contact their support because the product is easy to use and pretty bug-free. I did reach out to them about swimlanes and I was able to find the information I needed very quickly and it was thorough and accurate information about current functionality.

I love that they use their own product. That's always a good sign.

I have never needed to contact Trello's customer support team. For the most part, the app is pretty self-explanatory. I have used their help center and find it really useful, particularly their Getting Started guides, which cover everything from general information to feature deep dives and best practices. The help center is available in six different languages and the Trello Community is there to answer questions along with Trello Support.

I have not had to use support from Trello yet. However, I do see that it has a couple of spots to contact them. They do not hide their contact information. Additionally, the emails they send out are helpful and may help people avoid the need for support. I can't give them a 10 out of 10 because I haven't used it.

Online support is easily available from within the software. They have answers to the most asked questions already available but you can also ask your question in the Trello community before even contacting Trello support for your issue. The last option is to contact Trello directly by various option to get an answer to your problem.

I am going to have to rate their support as high as possible as well because I've actually never had to use their support which means they likely have documented, resolved, and well-implemented changes for any of the issues other users may have had to contact their support team for. If anything, this says their support team relays issues to their development team. I personally have never had any issues or snags that resulted in me needing to contact them.

This is not something we have had to work with. Our interactions with support have been limited to searching help pages and forums for any kind of customization we needed. We have not run into any major technical issues with this application which is definitely a good sign overall when it comes to the strength of this product.

I have never had to deal with Trello support, so I cannot accurately answer this question. I treat it as a very basic tool, so any complexity that might arise I just skip the headache and move to a different tool. For me, this should be a get in get out tool.
