Good Value Product
Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Suite is less expensive and easier to implement. It also has better visibility on the market. It has a complete range of other solutions allowing us to offer other versions or more complete products such as Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Suite Advanced, Worry-FreeXDR, or Worry-Free with Co-Managed XDR. It also has good results in market studies.
Trend Micro is a good product and does well against the competition. Cost and functionality are right in the sweet spot when it comes to ROI. We have used some freeware as added protection with this product and probably didn't need to. The offering is robust and has many add-on components available as well.

Trend Micro is less ideal for Apple users
Trend Micro was initially chosen as it was what our MSP suggested. As we have grown we have realized it doesn't work for us and have been migrating our endpoints to Webroot SecureAnywhere endpoint protection and have been very happy. It is less expensive and improves in many areas that Trend Micro lacks.
Sophos has been used before and is a great product however there is a high price tag.

Avast was clunky, difficult to roll out, missed loads of malware on machines, and required that we purchase a separate license to install AV on our servers. Trend Micro could not have been any different. You just contact their sales department and get a demo, or even ask for a trial of sorts to test policy creations and client installation. You'll be obsessed with the whole process and the admin dashboard you have access to.

Excellent option for endpoint security based on the cloud
Worry Free is cheaper than the other vendors and the features are similar, the performance is very good and the option for cloud management was very important to our decision. We are very satisfied with the application, and, we don't have any plans to change applications at this moment.

Why worry about Anti-Virus?
There is no comparison, I would hands down use Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security over any other security solution. I've worked in Break/Fix and seen time after time Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, Eset, SecureIT all completely miss infections on computers. Why waste your money on a product that doesn't work?

Endpoint protection class for SMBs at the highest class
Trend Micro is a leader in Gartner Quadrant for endpoint protection, with the best awards and 3rd party certification about their readiness and capabilities with zero day threat and unknown attacks. The single feature that with the hosted solution you do not need internal resources to get the protection caught up better. Optimization for SMBs is a plus to consider, and as in the name of the solution, there should not be worries once you get things set up and running. It has been a great experience for sure.
