We use Triblio to advertise to our target and key accounts. We do this in a number of ways through display ads, web personalization, and overlays on our website. We also have a daily sales notification email set up so we can see companies visiting the key pages on our website. This along with intent data provides sales with invaluable information to reach out to known and unknown contacts at these accounts.
  • Targeting - there are several ways to target key accounts such as email address, job title, and job function.
  • Overlays - we can show different popups on the website to different audiences to further engage and interact with them. They are similar in appearance to our display ads to help with brand recognition and awareness.
  • HubSpot Integration - Triblio has the best HubSpot integration out of all the ABM providers. It is two-way, simple to set up, easy to use, and automated.
  • Reports - Triblio has awesome reports but currently, they are split between sales notification emails and orchestration emails. It would be great to have these combined to reduce the number of emails sent to sales and to have all the information in one email.
I have selected Triblio whilst working at 2 different companies. They always come out on top and ahead of competitors based on the features they offer, the fact they are continually improving and adding new features, and the team is awesome to work with. The new orchestration canvas tool is amazing and just makes Triblio even better.

We use Triblio to see who is visiting our website. It's used to track what pages people are clicking on and who is clicking on them. Our sales representatives use the websites and other reports to target people who are expressing interest specifically. We use an account-based marketing strategy and this helps save our reps time. They no longer have to hope that they're finding the interested people. Now they can pinpoint the best targets.

We use Triblio to track known and unknown web visitor engagements, as well as serve ABM ads to target accounts based on their categorization and their digital behavior to determine the right message. Triblio is also syncing to SFDC in real-time to update engagement and lead score on the account object.

If your organization is not quite mature enough to have an account-based strategy, then Triblio is not right for you.

Triblio has been a huge factor in us increasing our brand awareness. Additionally, it has allowed us to prioritize and clean up our sales universe and implement a rifle-shot strategy for accounts to target for our BDR team based on engagement levels and their proprietary SMART Scores.

The Triblio ABM/ABX Platform is one of the main pillars of our ABM strategy. It's a great platform that can help with our objectives, whether that's nurturing qualified leads or being a lead generation channel. Utilizing the smooth use of audience building as well as using their intent data helps us know which accounts we should engage with and better provide a valuable journey for the end-user. It's easy to set up various display ad campaigns simultaneously and easy to revise audiences. We are able to reach the right person at the right time across channels and have seen incredible ROI since we started using Triblio.

We have had an overall fantastic experience using Triblio. The Triblio team is both caring and strategic and here to help any team succeed. There is a learning curve to understanding how the platform works, but once you understand it, it's beyond easy to work with. It's easy to create an audience with various criteria attached if you wish. It's even easier to set up a display ad campaign and create a matched audience on Linkedin. The data it provides has also made our entire commercial team more aligned on strategy.

We utilize Triblio as our main Account-Based Marketing tool. From display ads to web personalization and then the orchestration of alerts to the sales and the BDR teams. The main problem we were trying to solve with Triblio was to target our ideal customers which is a fairly narrow, specific market. Triblio helps us get in front of potential buyers and serve up relevant information once they've arrived on our website.

Triblio is used across our marketing organization for a number of audiences and purposes. We use it for demand generation, but also throughout the sales process and customer lifecycle for expansion and cross-sell business. We've found it to be fairly user friendly, in large part due to the excellent support we've received from our customer success manager.

The better defined your audience is, the more useful Triblio will be. You can cast a wide net with it, but we've found success with it as a tool to help us market to our fairly niche audience. We see good success rates in targeting, which is not always the case with these types of tools.

Triblio has been an essential tool in our ABM execution. When we are presented with any difficulties or questions, our account representative is readily available to give us support. It is the customer service and support that truly separates Triblio from similar platforms. The platform itself is easy to configure and user-friendly. There are more features that could be provided in this tool, but I can see that the team is hard at work to provide even more benefits to their portal.

We introduced Triblio at Viewpoint to help us reach a new audience. We were stuck in our old habits of webinars and emails and needed a new lever to pull. With Triblio we were able to measure intent signals, buying indications and target specific customers and prospects. It allowed us to reach individuals who had unsubscribed, deleted, or filtered our traditional marketing practices. With Triblio in place, we were able to improve our registration and attendance rates by 10%. Another additional benefit was the ability to reach individuals at a company that was not yet in our database.

  • It would be nice if each area did not open a new tab, navigating pages within the same page would be nice.
Triblio is just as good if not better at executing ABM Campaigns as any other platform on the market. With a simple interface and simple campaign setup, I was able to launch my first ABM campaign within weeks of our initial setup. If you are a single user for your field marketing department then Triblio is a great program to help you increase the traffic, registration, and engagement with all of the marketing functions that you support. The Customer service is excellent, we meet almost weekly with our reps and they are available anytime I need them. No matter how simple of a question or if you need help presenting to leadership they are there to help you the entire way! My only request is to have more control over the overall budget. Once the money is loaded into the system you can accidentally use all of your budgets on one campaign if you do not have your parameters set correctly. This quickly becomes a problem as you add users to the system. The ability to have multi-step campaigns is taking shape but is a pretty important capability from the start.

We switched to Triblio from Terminus, another ABM solution. The main reason we went with Triblio is its unique orchestration capabilities that allow building-integrated advertising campaigns with multiple engagement elements along the buyer's journey. So, I have multiple IF_THEN functionalities within each campaign: if an account saw an ad X times, then show him the next ad; if the account engaged with the next ad Z number of times, push them into a LinkedIn segment. Then I can continue targeting these people on LinkedIn and drive the traffic to a custom Smart Page (a Triblio product) that is built specifically for each campaign. Or, I can do a product webpage customization for campaign-specific messaging. No other AMB product allows this breadth of functionality to break marketing channel silos.

If you want to just flash ads in front of a list of accounts and call it ABM, you don't necessarily need Triblio - many other ABM platforms can do that. Triblio really shines when a marketer is looking for a comprehensive orchestration engine to create preemptively between various campaign elements across multiple channels (programmatic, paid social, email). It is integrations-rich (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, various CRMs, Bombora, IDG), so you can get as sophisticated with your campaign logic and logistics as you want. It also offers web customization and smart pages (landing pages built without any coding skills) - icing on the cake. Lastly, they just rolled out their new UI, and it is very clean. On the company philosophy side, Triblio never stops improving. They appear to have a great culture and excellent employee camaraderie and morale which translates into customers feeling like their product feedback is considered and acted on fast. The innovation that is coming out of Triblio on a quarterly basis is phenomenal. I would highly recommend going with Triblio.

We use Triblio to find and identify accounts in our ICP that are surging on high-value intent topics. We deliver these to our SDR team for outreach as well as input leads from these surging accounts into nurtures to drive brand awareness.

Triblio is being used by our small and lean marketing team of 3. I am in the dashboard the most, while my 2 other colleagues use it on occasion to monitor our ABM strategies. It helps us target key accounts, and also gives us the intent data we need to add contacts/accounts to our ABM efforts.

  • Working through bugs on the dashboard around personalization.

It is well suited for an organization with small bandwidth but a need to amp up ABM efforts. It is much more manageable than competitors like Demandbase, and is a good way to get your feet wet with ABM. The dashboard and UI is easy-to-use, which puts us at ease with our small marketing team of 3.

Triblio is well suited for general awareness campaigns, we have gotten a decent number of engagement with our ads. However, we have been told Triblio is not a conversion tool. While we have gotten average engagement through ads, we have converted below our average using this platform. Triblio has an intent feature, one of the main reasons we invested in the platform, I think is [the] area that needs improvement. Since they use a third party the intent topics are difficult to change, if the topic you need isn't there it can take months to be added. Also, the intent data is not as integrated as it could be and can be hard to explain to your sales reps. One feature in the platform that really works well is their overlays. You can set up overlays, popups, on any page of your site, specific to an audience or visitor behavior.

Triblio is undoubtedly an excellent and renowned Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tool that is specialized greatly. It is my favorite among all the ABM platforms due to the wide variety of functionalities it contains. The product has addressed all of our issues and has conveyed the right information to the right individual, plus helped in reaching out to the accounts that are actively looking for solutions. This platform has been used across our entire organization, and it has facilitated our marketers to a higher level.

  • It helps you in interacting with any third-party websites or arbitrators for API calls and web solutions.
  • Despite all the good, this software is more appropriate for tech-savvy people because it can get slightly complicated for beginners.
  • The website does not ensure consistency throughout the working and operating of the application.
  • It should avoid mentioning abbreviations and rather write detailed notes so that all users can understand them.
I would recommend Triblio to any business organization looking for the best Account-Based Marketing Tools because this one works like a breeze. It is one of the top and finest solutions out there, and as a user, I am delighted with its performance. We use Triblio for account-based insights, intent data, advertising, and prospecting. It's used by inside and field sales, marketing ops, and demand generation. Triblio gives us insight into engaged account activity and third-party intent data. The Sales Teams have found the custom account landing pages (smart pages) very effective and easy to use. Audience creation is simple as is the campaign creation.

  • The product is not as mature as advertised. Quite a few bugs exist.
  • Lack of support team makes the CSM a single point of failure with no redundancy.
You can get up and running fairly quickly. We were fully integrated in a couple of weeks and serving ads within 8 weeks. Suitable for smaller teams with their 90-day onboarding package. Overall easy to use. Audience creation, setup, and integrations are all intuitive. Our Sales Team has found the account landing pages (what Triblio calls Smart Pages) to be an effective sales tool. We are not having great success with the conversion rate on the ads themselves. Reporting is lacking and buggy. There have been several bugs we've reported that lead us to believe the product is less mature and not fully productized. They do have a good vision and hopefully, the product eventually lives up to the sales pitch. The lack of product support is an issue. Support is provided through your CSM so no way for you to contact them directly. You're at the mercy of your CSM's office hours to get issues raised. Of the 3 CSMs, we've dealt with only one that really inspires confidence.

Our Marketing department is the primary user of Triblio in our organization. We are heavily utilizing their overlay capabilities and web personalization. We have also been using retargeting ads for specific campaign as needed.
Our sales team would be the secondary team utilizing the data Triblio provides. Our SDR team loves having the intent topic data and website visitor information for prospecting and some of our AEs use the website visitor information as well when trying to break into accounts or find new contacts within an account that would be a warmer reach out.
  • Their Customer Success team has been super helpful! If I have any questions, they are answered quickly!
  • Being able to integrate data into Salesforce, this is huge for any organization using Salesforce. It's the only way our sales team will ever see it.
  • Creating audiences to target with our campaigns, easy to set up and customize.
  • Would love to integrate more data into Salesforce. We can see stuff on an Account level via their Chrome extension, but being able to import all that data directly into Salesforce would be great.
  • I haven't seen a lot product updates from them in our time with them.
  • When we launched, we had a featured included in the console that wasn't actually available yet. That was a little strange.
If you're looking to be able to target specific audiences online, either through ads or website, [Triblio makes] it really easy to do so.

Our marketing and business development teams are using the Triblio platform. We primarily use it for website customization as well as contact based advertising via account based marketing. Additionally, we use the reporting functionality to monitor website visits made by the companies within our target audiences. Since our company has a very targeted prospect list, Triblio allows us to target those brands and companies by vertical in a way we can't with other media platforms.

I think it depends what your goals are as a company for an ABM platform. We've been very pleased with how Triblio is driving impressions and engagement with our advertising content and how we're able to place highly targeted ads to the departments we're targeting. However, we were really wanting to Triblio to help drive leads/conversions and we haven't seen much if any success there.

Triblio was originally shown to us by another company in our industry with a similar market and comparable service offering. As part of their account-based marketing strategy, it stood out as a critical tool for a.) targeting only the individuals you want to see ads, b.) tracking engagement of those targets, and c.) incorporating intent data. Since implementing Triblio in our marketing department, we've realized those capabilities by absorbing intent data through Triblio's partnership with Bombora intent data and seen higher engagement with a much narrower focus, resulting in more effective ad spend and better follow-up activation with sales.

Triblio is great if you have strong buyer personas in your organization to inform intent data and audience creation. Likewise, a tight integration with sales is necessary. Focused targeting will still be less useful if not informed by the list of target accounts your sales team is focused on. Engaging those accounts will also be less useful if you don't have a well-understood activation point for sales to re-engage accounts that have interacted with campaigns.

Triblio is used by our marketing group to underpin our ABM strategy. We use it to identify what accounts are active in our market and then deploy personalized campaigns to those accounts. We have undertaken extensive integration between Triblio and other products we have, so we are able to quickly respond to market activity and capitalize on interests.

Triblio is well suited to programmatically targeting ad campaigns to specific accounts and specific departments and seniority levels within those accounts. We rely on it to identify accounts that are active in our market and then integrate that information into our other internal tools and systems to very quickly get campaigns onto market. Website personalization is ok for the majority of tasks, though there are better tools out there for advanced personalization

Currently, Triblio is being used by the marketing team with plans to expand within the sales team as well. We utilize Triblio for targeted account-based display advertisements, as well as site overlays and web personalization. Triblio allows us to take a targeted approach to advertising, and to offer tailored content to key accounts.
  • Integrates with Salesforce - as we take an ABM approach, leveraging the data in Salesforce to target key accounts is key to success.
  • Provides many personalization options - Triblio makes it easy to personalize your webpage so that you can offer a tailored experience based upon what you know of key accounts
  • ABM Ads - it offers a platform to upload and deploy targeted ads to key accounts and buyers
  • Reporting - I think there is still more to be done from a reporting process, but haven't been able to dig in much to uncover more.
  • User Experience - while some of the functionality is intuitive, other pieces are harder to navigate. Also, the terminology on the site can sometimes be a bit confusing as to what each button/section does.
  • Enablement - ABM is a bit newer, so I think they can be doing a bit more to ensure we get off on the right foot utilizing all the important and cool features they offer.
If you are looking to start or augment ABM activities, I think Triblio is a great start. It is something that your team needs to be prepared to invest in (both time and money). It definitely isn't something that is suited for just trying something new, you need organizational alignment and clear goals around what and why you are leveraging the tools.

We use Triblio to create and manage ABM campaigns for our top target accounts. These campaigns include display, web personalization, CTAs on our blog, and other bulk actions specific to different audiences. It's used by our marketing department, but enables sales to create really targeted outreach based on account activity on the site.

  • Reporting could be more in-depth.
Well suited: Provides a clear list of target accounts, and lots of web properties to send them to. We have a blog, microsites, and lots of content that we can leverage in our campaigns. Our display ads are used to drive users to content, and then sales follow up based on content consumed.
Poorly suited: low ACV customers who do not justify quite such personalized outreach.

Triblio is used to drive digital account-based marketing initiatives within our organization. Marketing manages and administers the platform and we coordinate with sales on execution. Sales consumes reports on digital activity within their target accounts.
  • Easy to use - the homepage personalization allows you to fine-tune the homepage for specific industries, companies and user profiles in a snap.
  • Their customer success is top-notch. They work hand-in-hand to help you accomplish your objectives on the platform.
  • We've had some early success with Triblio digital ad targeting - impression/click/land ratios. We may deserve some credit for the creation of the effective ads, but they're doing something right.
  • The platform is maturing. We've encountered a few small hiccups with the technology and there are certain features that are more than just nice-to-have, that are missing from the platform. That being said, the roadmap is robust and it seems to be evolving quickly with customer demands.
If you're looking to get into some lightweight digital ABM, as we were, it's a great first step. If you're reliant on ABM, I'm not sure how effective the platform would be. We don't demand a lot from the platform and it doesn't always meet our needs. As with any ABM initiative, it requires heavy collaboration and alignment between sales and marketing, so make sure you have the bandwidth and relationships to support that requirement.

We currently implemented Triblo for Lead Generation, within the sales department. It's a really good app to target specific audiences, according to the industry they take part in, the interests they have, among other things. It makes targeted sales a lot easier.

It is a really good upgrade for sales acceleration, as it allows you to do what most business companies want: address targeted sales. Everyone should give it a try to see the impact.
