  • One of the best ROI for our company was the reduction in insurance costs. Our company wants to provide 100% of the employee insurance for medical costs. However, prior to TriNet that was getting extremely difficult-we saved $200/employee the first two years. We've had a couple of good years with rates - but I think the tide is changing again.
  • We have used HR forms and policies as outlined by TriNet - it has been helpful in getting our managers to put some additional time and thought into what they want to do or not do with an employee. Prior to TriNet I would say it was HR chaos. Managers in smaller companies handle HR issues differently. Telling my managers that there are guidelines and we have someone to talk to has been beneficial.
  • We have not used the recruiting side of TriNet - but I wish our upper management would consider it. I believe it would go a long way to assisting us in hiring qualified candidates for positions that would in turn reduce our turnover in those positions .... something to pursue in 2018.

  • TriNet definitely has had a positive impact on our Business resulting in better Employee Management, Benefits Management (Insurance & 401K Plans etc). Benefits Plan selection had always been a hassle for our company as we had employees from different States & this concern has been largely addressed by TriNet.
  • Tax Payment deadlines being missed have not been a worry anymore. Man hours spent earlier on these activities are now being saved.

  • Positive - Saving time for both the HR and Accounting teams.
  • Positive - Keeps our company compliant on all HR and Payroll fronts. Great compliance updates.
  • Negative - doesn't work well with a retail workforce. We have a lot of new hourly employees joining our team and the system is not user friendly for their remote logins and time keeping.
  • Negative - TriNet needs a user friendly mobile app for smart phones.
