It's easy to find what I'm looking for and to navigate. The categories and icons on the navigation bar are easily identifiable and allow me to quickly get to the area I need. I can then drill into reports or sections without spending a lot of time searching. I appreciate this so much as a user!

TriNet offers an excellent portal for both employers and employees. As the former, I used it to survey my payroll, institute benefits, and other HR policies, and generate reports (such as SBA reports). As an employee, it seamlessly took me through the benefits enrollment process, generation of W-2, and other common HR tasks.

For the most part I have really no complaints. I think a few tweaks to their system could make TriNet an even better service. There are a few scenarios where I believe administrators on the account should have full access and visibility into things but the usability as a whole is wonderful.

It has an understandable user interface once you get familiar with the modules! If you want to find something, you just need to click around to find it. There is also a search bar that I found very useful. You would type in a keyword for something that you're trying to find and it will give suggested pages!

The platform is very user-friendly. And whenever you or your employees need assistance, TriNet's support team is available. The only thing that would improve usability would be the seamless integration of independent contractor management as well.

I believe TriNet's interface is incredibly intuitive to navigate minus a few payroll-related items when creating additional payroll reports. I rarely am asked for assistance from other employees on how to use their TriNet login and platform. I also am easily able to pull a variety of different reports without creating much brain damage.

There are basic functionality and technology that in 2020, and given how long TriNet has been in business, they should have in place. Reporting is complex and not user friendly. So many tools to create reports and yet, TriNet's reports are challenging. The HRIS is limited based on the customer's needs and you are restricted to only including data that TriNet has established. Many of the tools are outdated and antiquated. Understanding what innovative companies expect will allow TriNet to lean in and build for that level of HR services. The platform seems to be created for immature companies that need the bare minimum of Human Capital servicing. They should research large organizations and create that level of HR services, tools, and platform.

Very easy to navigate on the platform and users can find their information they are looking for easily. The widgets are easy to use and the pertinent or relevant is always available on the dashboard. The reporting/data analytics tool has come a long way since we first engaged with TriNet and seems to be easier to use. However, most of the reporting I've needed, have been provided through standard reports already in place.

The portal has most of what we require. The vacation related information is not easy to reference and this may be due to how it set up under my user ID information. From time to time, I would like to reference this as expeditiously as possible but at this point, I have not been able to see this clearly.

TriNet's site is good. The app is great. Benefits Modeling site needs work. From a reporting standpoint, TriNet released a new interface which is okay, but the rollout of that could have come with more instruction or user guides. Going back to that site after the initial rollout call with our TriNet team felt like I'd never seen it before and I didn't really have the resources to refer back to in order to independently navigate it.

The website has improved, especially the reporting function with pre-developed reports that they create. We have not pushed too hard on the report customization as most of the canned reports work fairly well. Their search functionality for the website is dated and could be improved - I seldom find what I need through search.

At this time, I only use them once a year for re-enrollment of insurance products and they answered my questions in a professional and timely manner. I never have had to feel stressed regarding any part of the process. TriNet has been very responsive to any and all of my questions.
