They have definitely helped us stay on track from a compliance standpoint. They excel in that arena. As a technology platofrm, it's okay. Most of the processes work fine, but the two versions of the same website thing is weird.

The personal contact is great - - emails are returned promptly and problems are solved. The technology is horrendous - - it is being dumbed down. I do not need huge graphics and pictures; this is only intuitive to the millennial generation and below.

TriNet guides us on all significant HR issues, such as terminations, workers comp, unemployment, hiring practices, etc. The technology allows us to easily pay employees and gives the team access to all their compensation information online, and through the mobile app. The company also keeps us in compliance with different state requirements and laws, as we have people that work remotely in several states.

TriNet has helped our small company be competitive in the recruiting and retaining of good employees, because we can offer great benefits and a 401k. Also gives us HR professionals, and access to knowledge around HR issues that we wouldn't otherwise have, that keep us in compliance with all employment law. Having the ability to manage employees through the TriNet website has freed up time for myself as an administrator to put my energy elsewhere.

We've been using TriNet for 3 years now and no matter who our customer contact is they are available, knowledgeable and do their best to get our questions answered. Even when I've had to go to the "next available rep" and not get my contact they are really good. I have had some touchy HR issues and TriNet always gives me the "best practices" way to handle them.

I've had a couple of times where the deadline is imminent and I'm having program issues or some info is not available for me and the team has been great at making sure that the payroll is completed and on time.

I really enjoy working with the local implementation team. I trust them to make professional presentations and know they are client-focused. The service teams I work with have been very responsive and helpful when issues arise. They provide step-by-step instructions on how to do or find what I need.

My current HR/payroll rep at Trinet is awesome and very responsive. Actually, most of them have been. Also, if you can't reach your rep when you call, you can get someone else to help you with a click of a button. Sometimes with HR matters, you need some information fast! So, I give high points to my current and prior reps!
The technology platform has really improved over the years. It used to cause me much frustration (why I can't just give a "10"), although I don't have any current issues with the system (except I'm getting used to the new platform).

Tim James, our dedicated rep is extremely responsive and knowlegeable. I appreciate how quickly he responds and the individual attention I get. If my particular issue or question is out of his scope, he makes sure I have the resources I need by referring me to another department. If Tim is not available (which is rare), anyone else on the customer service line is always willing and able to help me.
