  • There's been great ROI! Empowering employees to handle their own travel is great.
  • The only negative is that when concerns arise while traveling, it's more challenging to get in contact with someone directly. A dedicated travel agent helps with that.

  • Amazon bonuses make the user look first for the best affordable/redeemable fare, thus reducing costs.
  • Corporate events. The availability of the same platform for all employees, makes any event booking super easy. We don't need a dedicated person.
  • The possibility to implement corporate rules helps to maintain lower costs. When “out of policy” requires a direct supervisor approval, we already have the explanation of the extra expense, cause, and supervised approval.
