We opted for Troop Messenger’s on-premise model. And this is the first time we are using a self-hosted chat since not many could provide it. The deployment process was very simple, it just took a few hours to deploy it completely. Moreover, it has multiple features so we can work from a single UI without scattering on multiple UIs.

Henceforth, we started using Troop Messenger predominantly dues to its efficiency and left mails.
