I think TrustRadius is a very easy-to-use platform that is a low barrier to entry. You can utilize most and the tools and functions without a log-in. In addition, the user reviews are mostly very well put together and there is a good vetting process to ensure they are authentic. The competitive analysis capabilities are great as well.

I would definitely say to consult TrustRadius, but alongside competitors such as G2. While TrustRadius has many honest reviews I find their software selection to be less than other platforms offer, so you may not always have the software you are looking to evaluate listed and reviewed. I would say use at least 2 platforms, if not more, as they all have their own strengths. TrustRadius has fewer, more honest reviews that have lots of detail in the reviewer's own words.
