TrustRadius for Buyers

TrustRadius is the only pure review site I use. I do check reviews on product pages but I know that those can be paid for and so little trust is put in them.

I had a pleasant experience using TrustRadius for my research, it allowed me to conduct other searches and comparisons.

I have used G2 Crowd for other projects, but not for this one, so I can only compare the site and not the 'results' I got from searching. Honestly, from what I remember, it seems very similar. Very reputable reviews, lots of detail, 'business-people' focused, etc. The branding on Trust Radius is very good, I like the colors and the setup. I do like the graph/trusty map thing, it was nice to see the logos and have the option to hover over the name and even the star rating so I could find out more.

TrustRadius has more diverse reviews with further details than other sites I have been on. This is the key point that makes me use TrustRadius as a reference case.

Employers, clients, colleges and customers are increasingly using Google as their sidekick before making important decisions. But it's important that sites like TrustRadius exist to aggregate the most important of information so people like me do not have to spend to much time evaluating competitors and enable me to make quick decisions on how things will need to work for me.

It was a cleaner interface and provided me with software that was more relevant to what I was looking for.

I had searched video conferencing/unified communications tools on a few other sites. There are 30+ of them. So I ignored the Goliaths I knew and went through the ones that were new to me.

What other sites did not show me was Videxio, largely because Videxio had great ratings but too few. It's the best kept secret in video conferencing, for whatever reason.

But TrustRadius had it right on their list! Too few reviews, didn't matter. I knew there was quality behind the fact that Videxio even made their list, and the product was high quality indeed.

TrustRadius is easy to navigate with a broad prospectus of information.

TrustRadius is a good site because it vets the people who writing reviews. It also calls for sane, purposeful responses. Sites like Amazon or Internet-based selling websites do not vet and because of it have crazy responses. TrustRadius is clean, easy to understand, and helpful in making a purchase for our non-profit company.

Used multiple websites suggested by Google like Capterra, etc. I found TrustRadius FAR more convenient & organised. Filters [stood out]. Easy to Use. Super informative.

TrustRadius made the process really easy by A) compiling the listing of providers, and by having some structure to the reviews - how the companies were using the service, their general thoughts on the service, and the listing of positives and negatives for the service they are using. Other sites were more willy nilly and although they provided a review, it was harder to compare and contrast, as they don't provide the same sort of information.

Really good - so good that I've agreed to write a review for TrustRadius itself. The user reviews are candid and helpful since it is not curated by the seller, not to mention that these are real users and hence credible. TrustRadius provides a comparison page that adds more depth to the review and significantly helps the decision-making process for the purchase.

I did not use other review sites. I used TrustRadius and the websites and blogs of each software vendor, and my experience there was that each vendor gave the overview of their products but did not highlight the challenges and other cons that arise from their product. It's in this area that TrustRadius stood out since it gave all the information about the product, both positive and negative.

Some of the other review websites we have gone through are AlternativeTo and Gartner Peer Insights. Both the platforms were limited to very short reviews which sometimes were not really useful. However, TrustRadius helped in that case.

The design in general was better than sites like Getapp.com. It would have definitely been nice to view more reviews for newer products, however, thats an entirely understandable problem to have considering said product hasn't been in the market for long.

TrustRadius was not our primary review website, however that changed over time because of detailed reviews TrustRadius offered compared to other review websites like G2 Crowd and Gartner Peer Reviews.

I believe TrustRadius provides a more complete software review that other software review sites. TrustRadius has more information and is more complete about the software that are listed for reviews. There are some sites that have some reviews that are very superficial and without relevant information. On TrustRadius it is necessary to reach the level of a good review in order to get published.

I think my experience with TrustRadius is very good. I search lots of software, and most of the time I find the products needed and I have the opportunity to compare the possible solutions and make the final decision for any software I'm looking for. But I think every review site has its pros and cons, there's no one that's better than others.

Unfortunately, I don't plan to spend any time discerning the difference between platforms. Sorry, guys.

I would say it's much better than other review sites I've used, with its closest competitor being G2 Crowd, but the breadth of providers is better on TrustRadius.

It's pretty similar to other review sites. TrustRadius does a good job of gathering a large variety of quality reviews which not all sites have succeeded in doing.

I referenced reviews on G2 Crowd and Capterra, as well, and found that TrustRadius provided the most helpful information to aid in my purchase decision at the end of the day.

TrustRadius has helped us take some really good decisions, however we were skeptical about the quality because there are very few reviews that were available but that perception did change after taking a chance a couple of times. Detailed reviews are definitely deserve a special mention.

TrustRadius has complete reviews that are informative and packed with helpful information that helps one make the right decision in buying the software. Some of the other sites were shallow in their reviews and did not offer the true picture of what one will get upon acquiring the software for use in their companies.

TrustRadius seemed to have everything in a better format. I especially liked the additional links that TrustRadius offered.
