In my opinion, G2 [is the] only comparison with TrustRadius. I even think that TrustRadius covers a wider range of software. The other sites I tried were either unfriendly to use or had bad quality, untrustworthy reviews. When I use TrustRadius, I know that reviews are provided by peers and counterparts, and not by vendors.

I have used four of the software tools mentioned - G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and SoftwareAdvice. I find written information from TrustRadius to be the best, but lacking in video offering. I often use more than one review site, and G2 comes in on top when I look for actual video footage of the reviewer. I trust the written reviews from TrustRadius more, though.

TrustRadius has great details about most of the features of the products and the features are very product specific and not generic. Gartner Peer Insights and IT Central Station are the only other 2 software review services that compare to TR. But still, TR's approach is very much authentic and captures genuine feedbacks.

TrustRadius was the first of all those websites that I've used, and I've stuck with it over the years. Some of the others either don't have the breadth of software that TrustRadius does, and others simply had a less pleasurable web experience that drove me away.

The main feature about TrustRadius that stood out to me was the simplicity and look. It is much easier to use than other review sites I have used. Some of the reviews from other websites didn't seem as legit comparted to TrustRadius. They lacked detail and some reviews just seemed repetitive. My experience with TrustRadius has been great and I continuously go back to it!

The experience is ultimately very similar. My go-to sites are always TrustRadius and G2. Personally, I like the look of those sites and any time I've had to interact with them always thought it was pleasant.

We have our own app listed on G2 and Capterra and find both and TrustRadius to be comparable. I personally prefer TrustRadius' layout and functionality to G2 and Capterra, but all these platforms have their value.

I like TrustRadius because they vet their reviewers and the way the reviews are structured, they. are easy to read and understand. Overall the review structure is very helpful. We still use G2 and Capterra to get different opinions but TrustRadius is our primary tool for researching technology and understanding the quality, performance and value of products..

I've used G2 and Capterra in the past as well, but aside from those and TrustRadius, not any other review sites. In my opinion, they all offer pretty much the same type of information albeit, presented in a slightly different way. TrustRadius has a knack for making reviewers dig deep and go in-depth on the product reviews so there can be more information available than you might find elsewhere.

I've used TrustRadius to compare several tools and see how they match up against one another. Another fantastic feature of TrustRadius is the ability to contact the team behind a certain product straight from the TrustRadius website review page. It has assisted us in making the correct decision, hence saving time and money by avoiding investing in a subpar tool.

TrustRadius has an amazing leadership and management team. They are really respectful and professional in their approach. Their processes and rules are built considering in mind how best they can capture functional reviews of critical applications. Even their evaluation mechanism is very logical and sensible. I have had some really miserable experience with G2 and capterra. I even emailed them that I am not using those platform for any of knowledge and reviews.

I would say G2 has the most information available and is the most widely used. TrustRadius is a close second with all other partners like Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, etc. being far and away in terms of usage. G2 has been around longer so they built up a large database of technologies. I do like how TrustRadius is set up and will continue to use.

TrustRadius has honest reviews written in reviewer's own words. Much more open of a platform. G2 has many more types of software and many more categories. More of their reviews seem paid for, though, and a lot relies on an abstract scale system which makes it harder to make comparisons between reviewers. Capterra seems to not be well advertised or maintained at least in the Canadian market. Gartner PI seems like an afterthought for Gartner and the platform has not grown as fast as the other 3.

I used G2 in the past, and when I compare it with TrustRadius, not only due to the way it treats the contributors but because of the continuous enhancements of the platform, it is, in my opinion, superior in many ways.

I have used G2 and Capterra but I [did] not [get] good reviews about the products and don't [know if] they might be wrong or right. Definitely, Trustradius is a very popular brand for reviews [because of] its "Pros and Cons" concept and trusted reviewers.

I used to consider G2 to be the most reputable and trustworthy review site. However, when I found out they give most of their "awards" and seals of approvals based on payment and investment by the company, I lost a lot of faith in them. I hope that is not the case with the others on this list, I just have less experience with any of those.
