Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I'm working on the health system so I began to search for software that connects the possible clients (patients) with the insurance companies, preparing a complete database of the patients that includes personal data, health information and financial data. I prepare several options of contracts for the patients to make a deal with the insurance companies, this could be flexible and adapted to each patient accordingly. The information given on each CRM software helps to compare the options and understand the limitations I'm dealing with. It also helps to be aware of the increase of cost to the patients.

Information from users about a software product I might need is very important when I think we're going to invest in new software to improve business performance. Having user perspectives of each software helps us advance towards our final selection. If we were to just try two or more software products, the business data would have to be transferred once or twice until we reach our selection. With the information on TrustRadius, we already have advance information and all we need to do is focus on just two software to decide between, two economic options.

The options for UTM solutions are not uniform in features, so reading the reviews were critical. The reviews helped to see how an individual platform is being used in real-time, not just according to marketing copy. At this point, I am trying to find the right tool, so the reviews were my focus at this time.

Yes - I appreciate the fact that TrustRadius provides both quantitative and qualitative information on platforms they portray. Customer commentary is useful in discerning specific caveats with each solution while the ratings provide comparison information between tools.

Due to the larger organization and other departments choosing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, our options were limited to remaining on our existing Oracle solution or migrating to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As such, our due diligence involved comparing our current state with Oracle and the potential future state using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We have a firm grasp of our strengths and limitations today but needed to understand how using Salesforce Marketing Cloud would impact those strengths and weaknesses from a real-world user perspective.

The Scorecard, Product Details and Ratings and Reviews tabs were the most useful during the decision-making process. I also referenced the Alternatives tab when determining additional contenders to bring to the table to ensure we were making the best decision for our organization. As my first major project at the company, I had to make a good impression by delivering a well-informed recommendation, and TrustRadius enabled me to do just that.

TrustRadius can easily be trusted because of the extensive process it follows to get reviews. TrustRadius has an exhaustive list of questions which ensures that the reviews are genuine. Even if there are only a few, the quality always gains over quantity. This has helped us taking some really key decisions and helped us choose the right tools.

The TrustRadius site was informative and the various reviews published on the site were quite complete and relevant. I found them complete as there were various sections in the review that had nice data and information. The cons listed were helpful as well as the pros, and even the general thinking of the reviewers concerning the products.

The pros and cons described for both products was helpful, however it seemed like quite a few sections didn't have the amount of detail that I required. The reviews of the product were actually really helpful. I learned some new things that I didn't even realize could be things that are important.

With the search engine we located several help desk software products. It helped to have a group of systems, compare their features, and review the reviews to clarify doubts and put together an evaluation matrix. We discarded a group of software and we put together a series of consultations with the sellers. The system was evaluated only by the IT staff as they were the direct users of the application.

I found the number of reviews, and the ratings, very helpful to me. Then, of course, the description of the product. The information was clear and concise allowing me to quickly determine which software solutions to pursue and which ones to let go of. The grid rankings focused my efforts and provided me with my top 4 options.

I know that other people used the product and endorse my decision, and I know what are the errors presented by the program are, to know how to use it or not commit those same errors.

I believe the multiple accounts from a variety of users was extremely helpful. Each of the users detailed their current software solutions and contrasted it with the software we were considering. The implementation was described and even gave certain tips in the training which is very useful should we commit to the purchase of the software.

Knowing other users' opinions and experiences is really a key thing, because on your own you can perform a POC, but still, you cannot really evaluate the product until is in production and see pros and cons.

The section that helped me the most was the pros and cons. It is always an advantage to know what current users say about what functions are excellent, what the benefits have been, what the tool does not cover and what are the features that may be useful to get better.

The TrustMap is where I started. This provided an easy-to-understand visual of where different vendors rate. From there I dove into the user-reviews of our current vendors and saw how they compared to the new one we've been considering. The reviews are short enough to scan quickly but long enough to give me the information I need. I also used the filters at the top of the review page to filter for other enterprise companies, like the one I work for. Everything is excellent and super easy-to-read.

Reading other user reviews about the various options I found is very useful. I was able to get overviews of CMS product pros and cons and also to determine if a particular product is actually right for our company's needs. Sometimes it is too easy to get caught up in the advertising hype and it is grounding to read real reviews.

I always use TrustRadius when considering a purchase. I start by researching and shortlisting, study reviews to find what other customers of the vendor have experienced so I can focus my questions. I have also used TrustRadius during implementation as I prepare to move to production.

I was able to look at the programs side by side to see how effective the products were on many different levels. I was able to look at the programs in an unbiased way by checking reviews from multiple users with slightly differing opinions on the product. I have found the reviews accurate!

One of the important elements for us was being able to test drive the application for free. TrustRadius allowed us to find nearly 15 options for our long list based on a number of requirements like trial or freemium, email integration, SSO etc.

I had a long list of different software and managed to narrow down the list to only two options. It helped me to get a quick overview of what other users where thinking about it. I would say that TrustRadius is a great way to narrow down between options and to compare products.

The user reviews were the best guide that helped me start comparisons and solutions suggested were researched further to come up with a short list. Some of the reviews were so thorough and comprehensive that there was almost no need to search further. My next step would be to engage via email conversations.
