We're working with Trust Pilot to bolster our google presence, but TrustRadius is much more of a full-service offering. It's much more of a partnership where we work together and TrustRadius is very committed to ensuring we are successful.

We work with a few different peer review vendors. It's actually quite challenging to juggle driving reviews to many different sites. We are not in a position to NOT have reviews on any of the sites, so we have to work hard to organize and alternate where we are sending our customers. Each vendor has its strengths and weaknesses, I think where TrustRadius stands out is the quality of their reviews as well as the support in driving the campaigns and incentives. I am very impressed with the new Vendor Portal and the value it provides.

We also utilize G2, TrustPilot, Software Advice, GetApp, and Capterra to source reviews. TrustRadius offers longer and more in-depth reviews, the ability to tag reviews and segment them for more targeted use cases, and generally more functionality that many other review site platforms do not.

We've had a long-standing partnership with G2, and while we've been happy with them, too, their audience is different than TrustRadius, so it benefits us to be prominent in both places. G2 we use more for our smaller target accounts, as the audience there tends to be more SMB and mid-market, whereas our larger enterprise target accounts are more often on TrustRadius.

With IBM Process Mining, we use G2 and Gartner Peer Insights to collect and source peer reviews. While we have had success with all three platforms, TrustRadius provides us with personalized support, more importantly around intent data to target our audience using their LinkedIn Integration. In addition, the TrustRadius Vendor Portal has more information about buyer activity, intent data, and suggested leads compared to Gartner Peer Insights (GPI). With the Vendor Portal, my team and I can quickly gather insights around how many reviews we have sourced in a given timeframe, what buyer activity and leads we can give to our sales team to nurture, and easily analyze how we compete against our competitors.

There are a lot of similarities between vendors with Review Platforms. They offer both free access and paid additional services to get more out of the platform. Compared to other vendors our collaboration with TrustRadius has been a deliberate one due to their high focus on integrity levels of their reviews to provide honest feedback and insights. Next to that TrustRadius also shows a public Cultural and Social Responsibility focus which is in line with our own company culture and goals.

We also use Capterra, G2, and Gartner Peer reviews. G2 is the other main channel we leverage for reviews. We like their use of badges for many categories, as we can leverage them for marketing images and share them on our social channels or via email.

We also use Gartner Peer Insights. TrustRadius for Vendors is not as widely known as Gartner Peer Insights, but it has more product capabilities, such as reporting, being able to pull data, customers being able to choose whether they want to be anonymous, or share their contact information with you, etc.

Gartner Digital Markets - We partner with Gartner Digital Markets (Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice) for PPC and PPL lead generation. While they are difficult to work with, they provide the highest ROI due to their robust lead generation platforms. G2 - We partner with G2 for customer review generation. They have a solid support structure, but they have fewer capabilities compared to TrustRadius for Vendors. TrustRadius has excellent support and the most customer-centric capabilities of the three major review sites. They only lack in the lead generation department when compared to Gartner Digital Markets.

As I've mentioned earlier, we have long-term experience with 30+ review platforms. TrustRadius for Vendors stands strong in this competition because it is: a) easy to learn and understand; b) email communication is both pleasant and helpful, and the response time is nearly always instant! c) pricing is alright, seems to be a reasonable investment.

As a vendor, you need to appear on all the major business review site platforms, such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. TrustRadius provides a more highly curated, less "noisy" community with a clearer enterprise focus. The level of customer investment and support is an area where it truly shines.

Gartner Peer Insights and G2. We're currently using TrustRadius and Gartner Peer Insights. With TrustRadius, it has been more effective to know who your reviewer is, either to see how you can help bring more value to them or simply acknowledging their feedback.

We currently also use G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. We've looked into Capterra but have not engaged with them. The team at TrustRadius has been very helpful and offer a high-touch solution. This cannot be said for Peer Insights. We appreciate working with the team to develop the best peer review program we can. I wish Gartner had a similar model.
