The major way TrustRadius for Vendors differs from other review platforms is the level of detail when drafting review questions. In addition to not offering standard and general questions, TrustRadius for Vendors is also unique in that their team helps draft the questions with you to ensure they are as successful as possible.

The review content is definitely more comprehensive and thorough compared to other review sites. Also, due to the nature of the review collection process with TrustRadius for Vendors, we've been able to weed out fraudulent reviewers. We can't say the same for other review site vendors we've worked with. The reviews we're getting on TrustRadius are for the most part, high quality and thorough reviews and not written by a bot.

Traditional review sites fail to meet the needs of today's vendors. Superficial reviews, pay-to-play pricing schemes and other issues make it hard to differentiate our solution and engage the right buyers at the right time. With TrustRadius for Vendors, we were able to generate more in-depth reviews to attract in-market buyers. While Gartner owns three sites in one, TrustRadius for Vendors is better at that longer length of content.

TrustRadius reviews are a lot more in-depth than other review vendors, which makes it easy for me to pull customer quotes and social proof from. Often, the questions asked by other review vendors are superficial and may not lead to a lot of follow-up. The in-depth user insights we gather from our TrustRadius reviews inform product roadmap features and ways that we interact with our customers.

TrustRadius for Vendors gets us more quality intent data in comparison with other providers we have experience with. Also the actual intents are usually larger companies which is more valuable for the sales purposes. The actual reviews can be easily used for the communication with prospect also via the dedicated Chrome extension for review quotes.

On TrustRadius for Vendors we generate much more in-depth and longer reviews in comparison to other sites. TrustRadius reviewers also tend to lean more toward the developer side, resulting in more technical reviews. We typically only leverage short review excerpts on our social channels, so I wouldn't necessarily say that the way we use TrustRadius quotes is much different than other platforms.

TrusRadius is my preferred choice for gathering customer feedback because their reviews offer a comprehensive view of the customer's experience. These reviews are detailed and provide a good balance of pros and cons, as well as a quick overview of the most important features. What's more, TrusRadius' review structure is highly effective, resembling a success story. Additionally, the inclusion of Custom Questions in their package without any extra cost is a significant advantage.

I appreciate that TrustRadius wants to hear the whole truth about a product and penalizes companies for only sending happy customers to write reviews. We've had to adjust our approach internally to ensure we sent enough variety and impartial customers, but we've been pleased to see our overall score improve. As a result, we are earning us more placements in awards, too.
