We're still new to including reviews on our web pages, so we'll have to update our landing page conversion rates. But we've been able to grow our library of quotes a ton and we're identifying new advocates all the time!

We've been able to add over 80 reviews in just a year of kicking off our program. We're also making progress on traffic on the TrustRadius site for our product category which is a great added benefit and increased traffic to our page by over 100%. We've had over 42 reviewers express interest in our customer reference program which is great since we normally depend on sales to collect these for us. We've rolled out widgets to 3 pages already and working a few more!

We saw a boost in conversion rates on our free trial and contact us pages. I don't know how much that affected our sales and I can't quite remember the actual numbers, but it was a significant amount. It also helped that we were able to filter the reviews by specific products.

At present the missing piece is connecting TR and our site so we have little or no visibility on traffic. The quote library is excellent [and] buyer intent is very helpful. To date we have not set hard metrics for ROI (rather a test it and see).

We are already seeing an impact on many of these items and value points. I think some of the biggest have been providing customer proof, validating marketing and identifying advocates and customer stories. There is nothing better than having a team identify a need and being able to meet that need out of the box with the content and offering provided.

Our TrustRadius user reviews speak for themselves and are objectively verifying that Planview Projectplace is a great solution for Collaborative Work Management that our users highly recommend to others. That's a powerful sales and marketing tool. Having a wide pool of reviews has made it a lot easier for us to find relevant quotes and references to facilitate sales cycles. We also get very valuable product feedback that is used by the product management team to improve the product further.
