TrustRadius has assisted us with customer outreach, creating new testimonials, and building out our reference network. We've been able to strengthen our case study and testimonial pages by displaying TrustRadius quotes on different pages of our website. It's also been easy to find and send specific quotes/reviewers to our sales team when they have need of it. Our Marketing and Customer Advocates departments are primary users, but Sales also benefits.

TrustRadius helped us inform our buyer persona program, and gave us insight into who our users were and great content on how they were using the product. Our Premium Profile serves as a hub for prospects to view a wide variety of Lifesize product reviews from a wide variety of roles and industries. You would be surprised how many of our website visitors visit our TrustRadius profile pre- and post-conversion. Furthermore, TrustQuotes allows our sales and sales development teams to identify timely and appropriate quotes to send along to their accounts during the sales process.
