Our firm uses QuickBooks Online and TSheets integrates beautifully. We use it to track time spent on our clients' projects. It saves time with respect to recording and processing timesheets, as well as making preparation of invoices related to that work much easier. It is easy to use "on the go" with the mobile app and it's nice to be able to see who is working on what at any given time during the day.

We are a restoration and general contractor. All of our employees in the field use TSheets to track time on the jobs for individual customers. TSheets saves a great deal of data entry time and improves accuracy for billing and job costing.

I have been working diligently with the technical support team, spearheaded by Celena, to resolve very specific needs that my client has in the schedule application of the product. My client owns a larger service company where the specific needs of scheduling were requiring upwards of 40 to 50 hours of managed labor weekly. The requested ability for field staff to choose and apply their respective schedules from available shifts was not only technical in nature but required significant testing and vetting. Celena worked tirelessly with me and her team to complete a process and design to meet the needs of my client and drastically reduce the amount of managed time required to oversee and cover shifts all over state. I have had the privilege of working with many software providers ranging from CRM to accounting and have NEVER received the level of one on one care and personal attention that I did with Celena or the TSheets team. I look forward to a very long and professional relationship with the TSheets team!

TSheets is being used to run all time tracking for our entire company across the whole organization. It addresses the excessive overhead that the company experiences in regards to time tracking and payroll. We are able to decrease our time involved with payroll by at least 50% after running our first payroll using the platform.

We've used TSheets for a while to track time and overall it works great. We've recently transitioned who runs it and have had a few issues with the transfer but the TSheets support staff has been amazing at being friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and able to solve our problems. Today I worked with Amanda and she did an amazing job of trying a few ideas until she was finally able to solve our problem.

TSheets is our only form of time tracking. We use the mobile applications for our employees in the field as well as the online version for our office personnel. We integrate TSheets with QuickBooks in order to do payroll and track vacation time.

We have started using TSheets and love the QuickBooks integration and the flexibility of the program. I use it as a mobile device and the office uses it on their desktops and I find their time is more accurate and accounted for correctly. Their customer service is outstanding and BD1 Rocked!!

My team uses Tsheets to manage schedules for remote employees across the Pacific Northwest. We have employees clocking in and out of tournaments with no on-site supervision, so the geo tracker is a great way for us to make sure they were where we asked them to be when it comes time for payroll.

Tsheets is helping solve the billable hours issues and create a seamless connectivity to QuickBooks. Each employee is connected and can access easily via the web or app.

We have recently converted to QBO (Quick Books Online). TSheets allows us to job cost our payroll on QBO which does not work with their software alone. The phone and ipad login options work perfect for our employees at multiple locations and we photo stamp our property staff to be sure they are logging in for themselves.

We have been using TSheets for our field cleaners. It has been great as it gives them the ability to clock in and out of each job during the day. They can keep track of their hours for the week and know what homes were cleaned by them during the week.

TSheets is used in replacement of paper timesheets. It has been great not to have all the approvers sign the paper form and return it back to payroll. Also the transition from paper timesheets time entry to automatic time entry has been great. Elaine (EM1) was a big help in setting up TSheets for our company. TSheets employees are always courteous and fast for answering questions that we have.

Tsheets is very easy to use and most of the issues / questions we have can be solved using their Live Chat feature. It has helped to streamline our payroll process. They are also very quick to respond if for some reason we do have to call in and talk to their help desk. (Generally is is because we have upgraded computer equipment and want help to walk us through updating the Web Sync features.) BD1

TSheets is incredibly easy to use and understand. There's no millions of reports or buttons to use. It's organized like a spreadsheet, and all you do is fill it in. The integration with QuickBooks is rapid and complete. Absolutely no complaints!
