Twilio is a Customer Engagement Platform that offers a suite of channel APIs, serverless tools, and fully-programmable solutions that can be rapidly deployed.

Twilio is most easy to implement and operate comparing with other solutions in the wide-industry. Easy to use, quickly integration, and excellent API documentation was helpful to developers for integrate Twilio solutions in our applications.

We evaluated many fundraising-based text-to-give programs and found the subscriptions prohibitively expensive for our small scale and uncertain first few years of development. While we may be willing to invest that kind of money after discovering how things work, we're happy with Twilio now and have no desire to start over.

Twilio was referred to me by a business colleague, and I can't be more thankful! Twilio has helped my Facebook page by leaps and bounds, and I haven't even considered trying another chat option for my page. It is easy to set up, and customer service is quick to answer any and all questions you may have. I highly recommend it!

This software is so complex we can say that Twilio works so much better in the interface, also the features provided by Twilio are far better than this software it also includes SMS, MMS, and so many other functionalities which helps a developer to communicate with the help of APIs.

I would say that Salesforce is possibly a more comprehensive product that I have used in the past (and still do occasionally for a client) but Salesforce wouldn't be suitable for the service-based SME which Twilio was used for in this instance.

Our company used the text feature through Heymarket which was useful at first but did not provide the integration features we needed for our CRM system. Heymarket did not openly integrate nor help keep track of responses as well as Twilio does. Twilio has some buggy features such as their mobile app, but using it on a computer or integrated into a CRM system it works beautifully!

I receive regular unsolicited communications from Twilio competitors but I do not have the time to review them, given there is no reason for me to switch. Twilio works great and its pricing is acceptable for our situation. Investigating point solutions for text only or voice only would complicate our infrastructure and vendor management and would require some expensive system changes.

I have been in to telecommunications since the beginning of my career and have a handful of experience in some of the software like Twilio. The great thing about Twilio is that it is able to combine all the requirements from the messaging/communications perspective that we didn't have to think about any other solution post Twilio's implementation at our organization. It is a great package at very great pricing.

Google Voice and Twilio both provide phone numbers; however, Twilio allows you to program how to respond to voice calls. We have only used a small portion of what Twilio is capable of. I appreciate being able to get information about a phone number to see the provider and caller id information. We also use Twilio to validate phone numbers to ensure that they are valid numbers.

Those solutions are just not the same, Mailgun is a programmable SMS API with really low cost and is so far compared with Twilio SendGrid but since we are using more Twilio SMS or Whatsapp, [it's not used for] the same purpose. As OneSignal is an all in one solution for being in communication with customers it offers email mkt, push notifications and SMS. [It is] not clear for us yet if SMS is similar to Twilio because it seems to be solution between bulk sms mkt platform and a programmable SMS. [On] the other hand we have Zendesk Sunshine or smoochio we saw this solution when implementing WhatsApp Business but even if they said they had Mexican numbers we decided to go with Twilio since we asked several times to see how the end user interface looked and we continuously got evasive answers so for Twilio we find a 3rd party integration that clearly told us what they had and what didn't had but they were working one so the 3rd party solution with Twilio was important in this decision.

We compared Twilio to several other SMS vendors but only Twilio with its third party plug-in directly integrated with Oracle. The others would have required extensive development work and expense to achieve the same functionality. Twilio allowed us to be up in running in quarter of the time so we were able to start testing and launching campaigns far sooner.

Authy beats Google Authenticator in the user interface hands down. Google Authenticator shows all of your authentication codes in a list, making it hard to choose the right code to enter. Instead, Authy offers iconic representations of all of your apps, and lets you quickly tap on the one you one - confirming you have the right code. Authy also offers cloud backup and easy device migration. Finally, Authy offers multi-device support. Google Authenticator offers none of the above. Authy wins hands down.

Twilio is way better quality than most in terms of video, I find customer support excellent and personable, no feeling of a bot as opposed to some other companies! Well-thought-out product and you don't need your own crack DevOps team to launch.
