Typeform has found widespread use across various departments and industries as a versatile tool for data collection and survey administration. Users have utilized Typeform for a range of purposes, including conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and collecting customer reviews. The software has been commended for its user-friendly interface and customizable forms that match company branding, simplifying the data collection process.

Typeform has proven to be particularly valuable in content marketing teams, allowing them to gather insights and recognize pain points through easy and efficient data collection. It has also been widely used in customer success and marketing departments to collect and analyze feedback from SaaS product customers. The software's logic mapping capabilities have made it an ideal choice for conducting large-scale surveys and research, tailoring questions based on respondents' previous answers. Furthermore, Typeform has been praised for its design and layout options, providing a more enjoyable survey experience compared to other platforms like Google Forms.

In addition, Typeform has been employed in various industries such as education, non-profit organizations, event planning, customer engagement, and partner programs. Whether it is building online applications for a non-profit trade school or administrating surveys to qualify job applicants, Typeform has proven to be a time-saving solution that collects data as a whole rather than individually. The ability to add logic jumps within the survey process allows users to customize the experience based on respondents' actions. Integration with CRM systems like HubSpot further enhances the form experience for users by streamlining marketing requests.

While many users have praised the features and capabilities of Typeform, there have been occasional complaints about the customer support provided by the platform. Some users have reported slow response times and problems with problem analysis. Additionally, changes to Typeform's plans have prompted concerns among users about potential issues. Despite these criticisms, Typeform remains a popular choice for individuals and businesses seeking a user-friendly and customizable tool for their data collection needs.

Calculator tool: Users have found the calculator tool in Typeform to be extremely helpful for incorporating complex calculations into their forms, with multiple reviewers praising its functionality and versatility.

Compatibility across devices: Reviewers appreciate that Typeform is compatible with modern web browsers and ensures a seamless user experience across different platforms. This feature has been mentioned by several users as a key advantage of the software.

Integration capabilities: Many users have praised the integration options in Typeform, particularly with products like Zapier and Intercom, which allow for streamlined workflows and automation. These integrations have been described as flexible and time-saving by multiple reviewers.

Confusing User Interface: Some users have found the user interface of Typeform to be confusing and not intuitive, particularly when creating forms or navigating through the platform. They feel that a more streamlined and user-friendly interface would greatly enhance their experience.

Limited Customization Options: Multiple users have mentioned that they find the customization options in Typeform to be limited. This makes it difficult for them to create surveys or forms beyond the provided question options, limiting their ability to gather specific information from respondents.

Lack of Integration with Popular Services: One user has expressed dissatisfaction with Typeform's lack of integration with popular services other than Zapier. They believe that having more native integration options would make it easier for companies to connect Typeform with their existing tools and systems.

Users have made several recommendations for Typeform based on their experiences. Firstly, many users suggest integrating Typeform with Slack as it enhances collaboration and data sharing within teams. Secondly, Typeform is highly recommended as a free and user-friendly alternative to SurveyMonkey. Users appreciate the better overall user experience offered by Typeform. Lastly, users recommend Typeform for its ability to handle large volumes of surveys and collect a large number of responses. It is particularly praised for its customization options and suitability for quickly gathering data.

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Google Forms allow you to collect data from your staff and clients, but the forms are dull and boring. The back end analytics are difficult to navigate making a poor user experience for both the end-user and our team. Typeform allows you to create mobile-friendly forms that are conversational and engaging.

I was previously using Google Forms for all my surveys but found that the data received and engagement from the surveys was minimal. We can see that users are more likely to fill out surveys created by Typeform rather than Google Forms. It must be how the forms look that makes the difference.

SurveyMonkey is very complicated to use. Its interface is not so intuitive and makes it hard to find what you need to customize a form. The end result is not so pretty and perhaps feels more clunky as opposed to Typeform's sleek presentation of questions. However, they have branched into email campaign sending, which cuts out the need of an email service to send out the surveys.

While SurveyMonkey certainly has years on its side and Google Forms has deep integration capabilities within the suite of solutions, you really can't beat the design or intuitiveness of Typeform. There are still some things we'd like to change about how the software works, but overall it's been a very positive addition to our stack and we're grateful the solution exists.

Typeform is an exclusive product for this function--mobile first with a modern layout and good interactions. It has some customizations and integrations. Every change made to the template can be observed in real time. It is the best to visualize collected information.

Google Forms is a simple web form that integrates with their suite of office apps such as Sheets. The main drawback is that it looks like a traditional webform with form boxes. TypeForm's UI is much sexier and slick and displays one question at a time, fullscreen and responsive. Also integrates with many other apps.

I find the layout and design of Typeform more suited for our academic surveys. There is a crisp, professionalism about the layout and design. I prefer the design features and presentation of the Typeform emails.

Google Forms looks blah and works blah. Doesn't have the Zapier integration and isn't a great UX for the end user like Typeform has. As well, it has less question types and lacks customization to the extent Typeform has. No reason to go with it, Typeform beats it in every aspect. Google doesn't have the time to focus on a free tool like Google Forms.

Typeform is the best of all the other forms and survey tools we have tried and used. It is superior in both the administration and user experience from all the others. However, we often have to use third-party tools to integrate Typeform with other tools (e.g., connecting Typeform to HubSpot).

Typeform is much more aesthetically pleasing compared to Google Forms. The transition throughout the app is much more smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I believe Typeform is a superior platform to use when you need to create training aides or templates for outside users. Typeform stacks up better in every way.

We used to use a Weebly questionnaire on our website to gather the needed information. The process was bulky, didn't have logic available and was time consuming for our clients. We also tried to create something through a Google form with the same experience. Typeform has changed our whole process and allows us to gather more information, better information, and save time for us and our clients. We needed something more intelligent to meet our needs and Typeform has delivered.

When I used SurveyMonkey, the user experience was not at the same level as Typeform. It was cumbersome, and the user-interface was not as crisp or as modern. Airtable works like a spreadsheet, but gives you the power of a database. It also has an option to create forms, though the forms are very limited in comparison to Typeform. However, using Zapier to integrate both Typeform and Airtable makes it a win-win situation.

Typeform has similar features to JotForm. Depending on the use and the data I need to collect, I will either use Typeform or JotForm. For example for data collection from customers, I use Typeform, but testimonials and reviews, I use JotForm. If you need to collect information from your customers, Typeform is a simple tool to do it without breaking the bank.

Google Forms is really useful for creating basic forms when you don't want to pay to create them. I have found Typeform to be much easier to use than Google Forms, and more user-friendly, even in the basic plan. That was enough to get me to switch to Typeform before we even looked at upgrading to the pro plan. Now, we have features that I don't think are available on Google Forms.

When looking for a feature rich & flexible / customizable solution, Typeform beats out everyone. However, for specific use cases (like NPS), AskNicely is a clear winner in terms of features, but is much too expensive. Typeform is also fun to use, especially compared to Wufoo which seems so out of date.

Typeform was just much more modern-looking and flowed better than SurveyMonkey. As a SaaS we wanted a survey platform that matched our brand as much as possible and Typeform catered to that much better than Survicate and SurveyMonkey did. Through Typeform we had the customization and integrations we needed, in addition to updated (and very clean) branding, for a similar price point.

We picked Typeform over Google Forms because it just has a lot more features that we use. Google Forms is great when you need a free, basic survey tool, but it lacks the sophistication that Typeform brings to the table. SurveyMonkey has a lot of the features that TypeForm has, but Typeform still has the edge via features, price, and looks.
