Typeform has found widespread use across various departments and industries as a versatile tool for data collection and survey administration. Users have utilized Typeform for a range of purposes, including conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and collecting customer reviews. The software has been commended for its user-friendly interface and customizable forms that match company branding, simplifying the data collection process.

Typeform has proven to be particularly valuable in content marketing teams, allowing them to gather insights and recognize pain points through easy and efficient data collection. It has also been widely used in customer success and marketing departments to collect and analyze feedback from SaaS product customers. The software's logic mapping capabilities have made it an ideal choice for conducting large-scale surveys and research, tailoring questions based on respondents' previous answers. Furthermore, Typeform has been praised for its design and layout options, providing a more enjoyable survey experience compared to other platforms like Google Forms.

In addition, Typeform has been employed in various industries such as education, non-profit organizations, event planning, customer engagement, and partner programs. Whether it is building online applications for a non-profit trade school or administrating surveys to qualify job applicants, Typeform has proven to be a time-saving solution that collects data as a whole rather than individually. The ability to add logic jumps within the survey process allows users to customize the experience based on respondents' actions. Integration with CRM systems like HubSpot further enhances the form experience for users by streamlining marketing requests.

While many users have praised the features and capabilities of Typeform, there have been occasional complaints about the customer support provided by the platform. Some users have reported slow response times and problems with problem analysis. Additionally, changes to Typeform's plans have prompted concerns among users about potential issues. Despite these criticisms, Typeform remains a popular choice for individuals and businesses seeking a user-friendly and customizable tool for their data collection needs.

Calculator tool: Users have found the calculator tool in Typeform to be extremely helpful for incorporating complex calculations into their forms, with multiple reviewers praising its functionality and versatility.

Compatibility across devices: Reviewers appreciate that Typeform is compatible with modern web browsers and ensures a seamless user experience across different platforms. This feature has been mentioned by several users as a key advantage of the software.

Integration capabilities: Many users have praised the integration options in Typeform, particularly with products like Zapier and Intercom, which allow for streamlined workflows and automation. These integrations have been described as flexible and time-saving by multiple reviewers.

Confusing User Interface: Some users have found the user interface of Typeform to be confusing and not intuitive, particularly when creating forms or navigating through the platform. They feel that a more streamlined and user-friendly interface would greatly enhance their experience.

Limited Customization Options: Multiple users have mentioned that they find the customization options in Typeform to be limited. This makes it difficult for them to create surveys or forms beyond the provided question options, limiting their ability to gather specific information from respondents.

Lack of Integration with Popular Services: One user has expressed dissatisfaction with Typeform's lack of integration with popular services other than Zapier. They believe that having more native integration options would make it easier for companies to connect Typeform with their existing tools and systems.

Users have made several recommendations for Typeform based on their experiences. Firstly, many users suggest integrating Typeform with Slack as it enhances collaboration and data sharing within teams. Secondly, Typeform is highly recommended as a free and user-friendly alternative to SurveyMonkey. Users appreciate the better overall user experience offered by Typeform. Lastly, users recommend Typeform for its ability to handle large volumes of surveys and collect a large number of responses. It is particularly praised for its customization options and suitability for quickly gathering data.

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We have used Typeform to conduct large-scale surveys and research for our company and our industry. Typeform is ideal for the types of surveys we send because it has logic mapping, ie: if a respondent answers a question one way then you can map the next questions they receive. For example, if the survey asks "Is your favorite color red or blue?" Answering "red" might take you one way, while answering blue will take you to a different set of questions.

We were using it to collect additional information from people interested in our courses. We were able to do so in a way that didn't hit them with all of the questions on one screen and instead presented them with one question at a time. Due to the integration with our CRM, we were able to filter respondents into separate email sequences to follow-up on some of their responses.

We use Typeform in every department of our company. From our marketing department using it to create forms for use by customers to our sales department using it capture leads. We have also used it as a part of various social media contests and give-aways to capture user contact information and contest submissions. Another use of Typeform is for internal communications and questionnaires to our staff.

[I believe] they have poor customer support [and that they] randomly keep changing plans. [I feel] their refund policy is also pathetic. [In my opinion,] there are much better options outside; use them instead of using Typeform. [In my experience,] it, first of all, takes more than 24 hours to even get [the] first response from support teams, and then there [is a lot of] back and forth due to their poor logical ability to analyze problems. [I] strongly feel that their support staff need training on attitude and data analysis.

Typeform has been a great addition to our company. We are always focusing on giving our users the best experience possible and with Typeform we believe we can even with surveys. Gone are the days of the dated old Google Forms and people seem to be engaging more with the new forms of filling out surveys which Typeform delivers on.

I use it for validating ideas and capturing user sentiment around a particular feature or user flow. The feature may be an existing one or one that will be introduced. I have also used it to capture leads based on the answers for a startup. And lastly I have used it for capturing customer reviews about the products I sell and how to improve them.

Typeform has helped us in getting real-time customer surveys, NPS scores and so much more. A total game changer tool, but mostly I love the UI/ UX of it and its super-easy and quick to use, which makes it even better. Its like Canva - where you can just [drag], drop and your beautiful survey form is ready. Literally anyone can make beautiful and most importantly engaging survey forms. If you are evaluating, I would tell you, its way better than [SurveryMonkey] and similar competitors. Just go for it!

We use Typeform to manage everything from customer surveys and NPS collection to internal processes. Typeform makes it easy to create beautiful, intuitive ways of sharing information. We love how Typeform's team continually improves the product and have seen them introduce some exciting and really helpful features over the last three years.

We are using Typeform for several solutions in our Learning & Development department. We have used it as a survey tool, information/recommendation form, quiz, etc. It is a modern online form builder that works on any device and is affordable. It is simple to use but has several advanced features to build more complex forms if that's what you need. We have also used it as part of an automation for our training intake process for new requests that come in across our Americas division.

We use Typeform internally and with many of our clients for a variety of reasons. From web contact forms, to process checklists and surveys. We even used it as an "online tax return" system for one of our accounting clients to populate all the data required to process their simple individual tax returns.

Our organization regularly survey constituents, whether students, alumni, or donors. We have tried a number of surveying platforms over the years with varying degrees of success. Typeform has provided the best interface for our constituents. Each department manages its own surveys. These can be stored in individual folders within Typeform. Surveys can easily be duplicated for re-use without losing prior information. User interaction with Typeform surveys is clean. I really like that all the questions aren't presented at one time, but that questions appear as respondents move through the survey. There are a variety of question formats, from radio tab to multiple-choice, short-answer, and email/phone. Typeform has become our go-to for gathering feedback on a wide range of topics as we engage with constituents and their interests.

Typeform is mainly used in my department for event registration (typically small private dinners). We've also experimented in using it as a digital component in 1:few direct mail campaigns, where we link to a form through a QR code or short link.

We use a google form to collect applicant data for classes/events. However, it requires that someone check to see the entires received. I love how simplified and intuitive type form is, and I love being able to integrate type form between slack and google. I can choose what to share to slack, which makes it so much easier to do my work.

We use Typeform both internally and externally. Externally, our customer success team uses it to collect information from our partners before we get to the implementation stage to learn about their training process and product configuration. Inside our org we use Typeform to share information on deals closed to both Accounts Receivable and to customer success. Marketing has also used it to collect webinar registrations (in combination with Zapier).

When use Typeform in a variety of situations from short, temporary surveys internally to developing complicated online apps, we use Typeform over other form tools because it is easy to set-up, share, and complete. Having a fluid user experience increases results. We also like that seems different from most survey and form tools.

Typeform is ideal for the design-minded person. It offers design and layout options that Google Forms just doesn't provide and makes actually taking the survey fun for the user. As a company that greatly cares about branding, design, and user-friendliness, Typeform is the solution that makes the most sense in those interests.

We use Typeform to interact with clients. We created a questionnaire that allows our clients to select options and specifics for their event as it relates to our services. Additionally, we use TypeForm as part of our interview process for applicants that want to work for our company. We use the questionnaire to qualify applicants through scenario type questions.

Typeform was being used across the organization. We used this primarily for surveys to solicit feedback from donors and volunteers to improve our offerings and communication. Having these surveys informed our decisions as we planned from year to year to know we were improving and addressing concerns.

I used Typeform as an application form to qualify people applying for a call with me. It helps me get more information on the people who book a call with me, and also filters out the ones who are not a fit using conditional logic. It's very customizable to each person depending on how they answer a question, which is very suitable for my business.

Typeform is a very Important tool for my department because it makes the collection of data very easy and efficient. Content Marketing is a core part of growing a business in this current age and Typeform has been proven to be an effective tool in helping us get Insights on the areas people need help with. A popular business problem is knowing the right content strategy to deploy, with the data collected from our community via Typeform, we are able to recognize their pain points and find ways to bring them utmost value via the content and also courses that we provide.

I use TypeForm to survey internal teams on a wide range of business topics, and the survey results help to inform planning priorities. For example, in a recent survey we gathered pricing input from the global sales organization and used the feedback to guide price levels for an upcoming software product release.

I use it to run surveys and send questionnaires to clients for them to fill in prior to our coaching sessions. Once the questionnaire is completed, they get the answers straight into their inbox. In addition, I can customize the forms to match ymy company branding and feel. It simplifies the collection of data.
