Clean and user-friendly interface: Reviewers have consistently praised the clean, simple, and easy-to-use user interface of UberConference. Many users have found the interface to be streamlined, intuitive, and easy to navigate and understand.

Easy setup for new users: Several reviewers have appreciated the web-based platform's straightforward setup process, which makes it accessible even for new users. The ease of sign-up and intuitive use of the platform allow beginners to quickly get started without any complexity.

Reliable customer support: Users have expressed their satisfaction with UberConference's reliable and responsive customer support. Many reviewers consider the troubleshooting process to be straightforward, and they appreciate the excellent support provided by UberConference.

Confusing User Interface: Some users find the user interface of UberConference to be confusing, resulting in a learning curve for new clients. The complexity of navigating through the platform has been mentioned by several reviewers as a drawback.

Difficulty with Screen Sharing: Users have expressed frustration with the screen share function while hosting meetings on UberConference. While it is easy for presenters to share their screen, some reviewers have mentioned that asking potential customers to share their screen requires them to go through multiple steps, which can be challenging for those who are not tech-savvy.

Lack of Video Conferencing: Several users have criticized the functionality of UberConference due to its lack of video call capabilities. They feel that adding video conferencing would greatly enhance the platform's features and make it more competitive compared to other conferencing services.

Based on user reviews, the three most common recommendations for UberConference are to try out UberConference, especially the free version. Users find it simple and easy to use, with crisp clear conferencing and screen controls. They recommend using UberConference for small teams and remote work, although they caution that the call quality may suffer with a large number of participants. Additionally, users suggest exploring other options for larger conferences or webinars, while acknowledging that UberConference is one of the best conferencing tools they've used. They recommend trying out the free version first to see if it meets your needs and taking advantage of a trial period. It's worth noting that some users also provide specific tips for optimizing the experience, such as ensuring participants have the correct PIN number and URL for screen sharing, using Chrome when possible, and upgrading to bypass PIN issues. Overall, users appreciate UberConference's ease of use, call quality, and configuration options compared to other conferencing software.

At the time of signing up for Dialpad, zoom had no AI functionality. I tried Dialpad initially and noticed when other solutions were having connectivity issues, Dialpad was crystal clear and conversations were smoother.

Dialpad Ai Meetings stepped up to the plate and provided our nonprofit with AI-enabled meetings that allow us to keep track of what we talk about in meetings, and that, for us makes them a valued donor.

Dialpad Ai Meetings and Microsoft Teams are popular video conferencing services, but Dialpad Ai Meetings stands out for its user-friendly interface and robust features. Dialpad Ai Meetings offers seamless screen sharing, collaboration, and advanced webinar capabilities, making it an excellent choice for business meetings. Microsoft Teams, while versatile, lacks some of Dialpad Ai Meeting's business-focused tools, making it better suited for casual communication.

Dialpad was the first product recommended to me years ago and I didn't bother looking into anything else. All of the functionality fits exactly what I need. It's great. I stay with it largely because it's easy, works well, and I know what to expect when I use the product.

Dialpad Meetings is by far the most user friendly and easiest to implement service of its kind. Especially when your attendees are outside your organization. Something as little as forcing app downloads or guest registrations could be a turn off to someone. Dialpad makes it super easy for us and the client.

  • Zoom
Zoom definitely has more bells and whistles than Dialpad UberConference and can be cheaper depending on your needs and the size of your team. Furthermore, since Zoom has gained greater popularity during COVID, more people are very familiar with the platform, which gives Zoom yet another leg up on many of the other conferencing tools out there (including Dialpad UberConference).

I like UberConference much more than Webex. While a lot of our external vendors and clients are more familiar with Webex, UberConference is much easier to use and does not require you to download an app. Webex is also pretty clunky and requires you to switch presenters in order for someone other than the organizer to share their screen.

It is one of the best platforms for conferencing. It helps in setting up and guide while starting up. Their technical staff is also working promisingly by keeping the track of platform and providing solution of any bugs and errors in real-time. Integration with other platforms is amazing as it now easier to send meeting notification to others by using outlook which saves a lot of time and effort.

While GTM has more features for managing a conference, it is really geared towards larger meetings with someone who knows what they are doing on GTM to manage setup, muting, unmuting, chat, recording, etc.
UberConference is really great for licensing for the end-user and going IT-free.

Google Meet is very restricted as it wants the users to be on a Google based office suite solution and in case we needed to connect to an Outlook based user or any other 3rd party ESP user then it was a hassle.
Additionally Google Meet isn't supported properly in the Middle East regions so it was a pain to connect with the users there.

I prefer UberConference against Skype as it gives multiple advantages like flawless conference experience, new improved user interface, easy to use, very fast, lag free calls and screen sharing, sharing files is very convenient and fast when compared to Skype.
They are frequently updating UI. Its integration with Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn is awesome.

When we compare Dialpad UberConference with other products like Gotoassit, Zoom or Skype, etc. UberConference comes up with everything which is required in order to compare. It's easy to set up, pocket friendly, comes up with Great UI. They have a great customer success team to support you always. Plus point you don't need to download any application like other tools.

I selected UberConference as a cutting edge service that is cheaper to implement, better and more reliable than voice over IP from any other provider including Microsoft 364.

I also tried Google Meet, but was disappointed with the audio and video quality. Google Meet seemed to cut in and out a lot, as well as freeze up. It was very disappointing. As a company, we are using Microsoft Teams currently. It seems to do the job, but I did like UberConference better.

When we compare Dialpad UberConference with other products like Zoom and Google Meet, I think Dialpad UberConference is far behind. There are so many value-added features like electronic hand-raising, on-demand webcasting, whiteboard tools, presentation tools, and private chat facility on other products. UberConference mostly [relies] on their screen sharing feature with virtual collaboration. So I think eventually they'll catch up to their competition.

Dialpad UberConference provides you with all that you need, with less effort, saving money, and time, it is just [a] matter of few clicks for you to create an account and start using the best application in the segment, besides that, Dialpad UberConference has [...] amazing customer support if you have any question you can always reach out to them, and you will get the answer.

We've used BrandedBridge, Vonage, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, Blue Jeans, and Microsoft Teams all of which haven't matched Dialpad UberConference's ease of joining and scheduling. Zoom is great for video conferencing but you have you schedule it out and when you have a busy hectic team that has a constantly moving schedule then Zoom is inconvenient when it comes to flexibility. BrandedBridge was absolutely awful. We would get tons of dropped calls and with no resolution or explanation same with Vonage. BlueJeans was clunky so we canceled them and their name is not very professional. Microsoft Teams was convenient if you're only using your own laptop but if you wanted to incorporate a conference room it was a nightmare.

  • Zoom, GoToMeeting and Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
I have enjoyed using Dialpad Meetings for years mainly due to the following: I feel the cost more than justifies the product It has a very simple user interface that all participants on conferences find easy to use Clear, responsive audio and video quality Dialpad Meetings does not try and overstuff its product with hundreds of features that most people will find useless. It sticks to its main product path and keeps improving upon it. Enjoy their customer support
