We recommend and install the Ubiquiti UniFi line of products to all our clients, the remote management capabilities have allowed us to get an internal view of clients never available before unless we sent a tech onsite. No more asking users to tell us what switch lights are doing or to unplug a POE port to reboot a device.

We currently have an ubiquity VM controller with multiple access points, and 802.1x authentication is supported. It is best suited for outdoor long-range requirements. The main issue we face with these devices is the lack of penetrative power. Moreover, clients get disconnected in high-density environments. The controller is highly user-friendly and robust.

We utilize Ubiquiti Networks UniFi both hardware and software solutions for our office uses. We use the network features, the door access system (Access), and the camera system (Protect). All of the technology needs that our company needed we got to have in one in house solution. It was so easy to set up and install that we were even able to do it in house with very little experience in network installations.

So - I have these deployed in many places. Here at Sahadi, I have switches deployed as the backend to Vonage Business VoIP phones in my two retail stores. I have multiple APs deployed in my 3rd warehouse location which provides WiFi for my Honeywell thermostats. I have personal clients with APs and switches deployed to run their household networks. And every time I upgrade a location, Unifi switches, and APs are my go-to choice. Simply put, these are the most affordable, and reliable, networking solutions on the market when you want a cloud-based solution that won't break the bank.

Ubiquiti Networks UniFi solution is a reliable cost-effective Wifi solution in the market. It has all the basic features required for a small to medium enterprise wireless network. It is also centrally managed via a software-based controller which can be installed on any compatible computer. we have been using this solution in one of our larger remote sites where the wireless coverage area and a number of users are large.

We manage the infrastructure of a 4 story building where our headquarters is and needed a solution to provide guest internet access to the other companies that have offices in that building. We also have a camera system (CCTV) from Unifi in place to monitor all important areas of the building and make sure everything is safe. That is the use case for Ubiquiti Networks UniFi in our company.

Like many organizations, I have a need for multiple networks. From staff, guest, to IoT. I needed a solution that would allow for streamlining deployment. Since I have multiple buildings to service, Ubiquiti allowed me to connect each building using fiber and I now can remotely manage, gain insights, and perform maintenance from my phone.

It is used for enterprise wireless, guest wireless and the backbone of the network. We use access points and switches. Unifi addresses is a cost effective solution that is enterprise grade with the giant price tag of other well known vendors. It is easy to manage and has not extra license costs for centralized management.

We use the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi application on a dedicated Linux VM to control all of our Wifi Unifi AP and switches. we have multiple sites configure and it's working very well. we had everything integrated with our Radius server for authentication, it makes it easy to deploy and manage a secure environment. it keeps all our device firmware up-to-date, and we can see and fix rapidly any anomalies on our infrastructure.

Unifi is used as primary WiFi at multiple locations. We acquired a site that had Unifi and we liked it so much we implemented it at other locations. I am the primary administrator but I do have a backup. Unifi is easy to implement, configure, and use. We have multiple SSIDs configured so we can have member and corporate wireless connections.

We use UniFi networking equipment and UniFi Protect camera equipment in multiple installations in a couple of states. It was selected for ease of installation and the ability to centrally administer it. While Ubiquiti Networks UniFi has been very useful, Protect has been a disaster and UniFi support is essentially non-existent.

We use Ubiquiti Networks UniFi products to power our Office Wi-Fi network. The enterprise access points offer excellent coverage, throughput and reliability in a small and attractive form factor that blends into an office environment easily. Our previous wireless setup was ad-hoc, spotty, and generally less than resilient during peak periods. The unaesthetic 'traditional router' looks meant that we were limited with placement, which further affected performance. The pricing is also affordable and has also led to several employees exploring the brand for their own personal use at home.

Ubiquity, a U.S. company, is taking the lead in creating robust and easy-to-use wired and wireless networking hardware. Their hardware reminds me of Apple and their software aims to provide simple yet feature-full control and management points for even novices. Given the ease of deployment and affordability, we deployed several site-wide implementations with great success. As a solution, Ubiquiti Networks UniFi provides tight integration, low cost, and easy management for small to medium enterprises. The Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Access Points are especially robust and capable of supporting anywhere from 300 to 500+ clients, depending on model.

It's currently used in our organization for mostly point to point connectivity between two separate locations, we are using it for almost 2 years continuously. During usage we didn't observe major downtimes except for firmware updates, throughput is also acceptable and overall the devices well built and can withstand outdoor climate.

We use Ubiquiti Networks UniFi for our public/open wireless network. Per contract, employees need to have access to the Internet for personal use while on breaks or off-hours, but this can create a security issue if it's tied to our internal network. So we use Ubiquiti Networks UniFi as a separate network, connected to its own ISP, for employees and clients and vendors who visit, without compromising security.

Ubiquiti Networks UniFi's strength is in its ease of deployment, use, mass management, restoration, price, and dashboard information. We use it for multiple client sites and manage it under one roof. The biggest issue it addresses is keeping hundreds of access points, switches, and controllers all doing their thing. It also is good at adjusting multiple access points automatically so they aren't stepping all over each other if a perfect site survey hasn't been done.

We are using Ubiquity devices as an alternative network for our production area users. It installs very quickly, the management of this device is easy, and connectivity is smooth. Now our 60% WLAN is dependent on Ubiquity Networks. In our plant we were facing fiber damage issues in our plant. Because we're in the automobile sector we can't wait for laying new fiber. Therefore we made a quick decision and implemented the Ubiquity device in 40 minutes and restored our network in our warehouse to resume operations. Now we installed it in many location for network extension because its price is very reasonable.

Ubiquiti Networks UniFi wireless solution is being used in our organization to establish point to point links between our head office, plant and delivery yard which is a huge empty plot next to our main plant. We are also using it to connect our production office with our store and our vehicle testing area.

We use Ubiquiti for two main areas:
  • Networking in our branch offices
  • Networking for our hosted servers
In our branch offices Ubiquiti permits a central management for our network equipment (router/firewalls, switches, wireless access points), while for our servers Ubiquiti permits to have a good 10Gbps managed network connectivity and in mean time containing costs for the equipments.

We are currently using in our organization Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Gateway, Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Switches, and Ubiquiti Networks UniFi wifi. All Ubiquiti devices are working together to provide the full visibility an organization needs to securely monitor the entire network from all devices connected via wifi and all devices wired, as well as all traffic status fully detailed.
