It is the best Robotic Process Automation tool for any non-coders and people from non-technical backgrounds. Also, it is so amazingly designed for creating the bits with ease. And the most important thing is that we can get the most routine task done is a very easy fashion. It saves a lot of time.

[It's being used to] Generate lists of product details from a website. Hundreds of pages are there and without UiPath it would have been very tedious and time consuming. Now with a very little effort I can get all the details within minutes. In any other tool like UFT or Selenium we need to write huge code for this to be performed and on GUI, need to open the page we wish to extract data from. While here simply by selecting a couple of options we can get hundreds of pages of data without the need for a single line of code.

I don’t know whether the whole organization is using UiPath, but I can confirm we recently switched to UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to automate manual recurring processes in my Finance department, like automating the daily invoice entries. We are still evaluating possible automation processes within our Global Finance team.

We work with UiPath developing solutions for a large mobile phone company in Brazil. We are currently deploying a data migration solution across the enterprise's systems. UiPath fulfills our demands for ease of use, speed, integration with other applications, and good documentation of the tool, which allows us to quickly resolve doubts if we have them. The payback has been great, since we can leave robots working 24/7 with a speed much greater than that of a human and with a minimal amount of errors, making the financial return great too.

We use UiPath in our company to automate various robotic processes for our partners. Most processes involve data migration between systems, reporting, sending multiple emails, reading PDFs with OCR, and extracting multiple structured site data. We set up an RPA team in our company to meet the demands of the partners.

Our organization uses the tool mainly for Excel specific tasks which are repetitive in our department. We use UiPath to solve the following business problems:
1. Fetching website data to a local spreadsheet in one click.
2. Automatic feeding the local data to other websites for client management.
3. Fetching new prices from product specific sites.

Currently, UiPath is being used by the Corporate office and some of the Business Units. Apart from the hardcoded benefits that RPA brings to the table like saving revenue, time and error-free processes, I believe UiPath has built a great environment among the employees by providing efficient RPA solutions. Also, enabling employees to work on what they feel challenged on, rather than doing the mundane monotonous tasks.

UiPath is certainly the UiPath tool with which I have a greater ability to develop tasks. It gives the developer, even a beginner, a wide range of automation options. Despite being visually beautiful, it does not compromise on performance. I can automate many repetitive tasks from day to day, from extracting structured data from the internet to sending reports, emails, or the like.

We mainly worked on Web Automation for US-based Clients in Banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) Domain, which involves automating end to end processes based on functional requirements using Agile Best Practices.

Technically, it involves Excel Automation in terms of reading the details of users having loads of data around 2-3 lakhs records per process.

These are further processed after login into the application using integrated securities and Client Level authentication.

At the end of the process sending the automated emails to the stakeholders informing about the insights above the transactions and errors that occurred using an unattended bot for the whole process.

The handiest aspect when learning and implementing UiPath, it is less programming when compared to other software tools which require firstly programming concepts then one needs to have tool familiarity.
UiPath has now introduced Source and Version control capabilities using GitHub and NuGet by Microsoft Corporation which gives us more control for the overall maintenance of repositories and workflows providing Continous Integration and Continous Deployment.

We use UiPath to automate internal company processes. We automate from simple processes such as reading and sending emails, reading PDFs, extracting structured data from the web, filling spreadsheets with more elaborate things like migrating systems with Citrix, OCR and others.

In my company, we have used UiPath since 2017 by the IT department COE team. To date we have had no process where we could not robotize using UiPath. Of course, it is necessary to focus on processes that have standards, are manual and repetitive. RPA is not about robotizing everything, but rather robotizing the processes that are prepared for it.

Until today we robotized several areas. Among them: P2P, R2R, O2C and HR. It was a great challenge in the beginning, however, we currently have more than 200 robots in operation here.

We are automating processes in our legacy systems that either do not provide API access or would require significant development time to rewrite the core programming. By using UiPath and RPA we can reduce the amount of operations hours required without affecting our product's core functionality. This automation allows us to evolve our operations analysts as business and process analysts allowing for a more well-rounded team. UiPath is also making us full document and understand everything. Where certain analysts knew only their own processes we can now diversify and spread operations knowledge among everyone.

Also I have achieved following automation targets through UiPath :

1. Sanity tests for the web platform UI components and functionality availability.

2. Report generation for the business users by taking screenshots and recording error details for the transactions from the web portal

3. Manual tasks done by support team on request like service restart, service now ticket creation etc

4. Weekend maintenance task where multiple interdependent systems gets restarted with zero downtime on product availability.

My organization uses UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to support both client needs and internal needs across the advisory department. The intent across the organization is to push RPA for tasks that are time-consuming but not overly complex. It allows resources to focus time on more complex tasks and mitigates the risk of user error in largely manual processes. Overall, it is being used to make teams operate more efficiently.

UiPath is used as an RPA tool in our organization. UiPath used to automate the web, desktop, all Windows and Citrix applications and also for mailing automation, API automation etc. UiPath used to automate end to end process. We can replace human activities with a robot. We can schedule the processes to initiate the execution without manual interruption. Fast-paced automation processes can be achieved through this UiPATH tool. Those who are not having programming skills can easily adopt this tool.

UiPath is used to automate the Process of Insurance as we are working with an Insurance client. Also it is used to create a repository which can be used in the future as a small system which can work automatically as on one click. It is used by the IT department of our organization and also made usable for our operational team as they require some small tasks which they can run and their work is completed, Business problems such as proposal creation, claim processing, as well as refund initiation are solved and automated. It also helps individuals for growing logical thinking power by implementing with it.

Gone are the days when you have to deploy 100s of people for repeated tasks. We regularly update invoices of different channels and merchants to our workflow. Capturing each invoice requires some human attention. There are chances of using OCR or Text based extraction of invoices. We easily automate each type of invoice extraction to our spreadsheet. This reduces 1 hour (Max 1.5 hr) of 100 employees in our organization.

We started by automating several mundane tasks using UiPath to get comfortable with it. Furthermore, we purchased 5 attended, 2 unattended and an UiPath orchestrator to move some of our SLA bound tasks. There are some tasks which needs to be performed after every 15 min, which is fine. Some customer care and infrastructure tasks which are done using attended robots as well. Overall we are happy with this dot net based tool. It's being used in different parts of our organization.

We are using UiPath for handling manual activities in our organization. It has saved us a lot of time and cost. We use UiPath as a timesaver for "swivel chair" operations. We had a lot of manual work where we extract data from a system and put it into Excel and transform the data. Now, a robot takes care of that.

After UiPath proved its value at reading data from applications and we had built up our trust in the tool, we started to make robots that could also put data into the systems. This had major benefits in terms of time savings and quality of data, but also the mood of our employees was an important factor.

UiPath is being used in the finance department for invoice processing. We are using OCR technology to extract data from the invoices and then UiPath will refractor the extracted data. The refracted data will then be onboarded to an ERP software from which the company will be able to track all the expenses and raise invoices against the same. There are a total of six different types of invoices and all the invoices are processed in a single go. After automation, the process takes around 10 minutes to complete the whole process compared to four hours when they are done manually by humans.
