UiPath's hyperautomation platform combines a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution with capabilities to enable organizations to scale digital business operations at speed, automating millions of repetitive, mind-numbing tasks for businesses and government organizations all over the world.

The UiPath Automation Platform enables users to discover opportunities for process improvement by mining communications taking place throughout the business, and through mapping out how employees work, while mining and monitoring every business conversation. This process enables users to capture and manage automation ideas and process improvements in one place, prioritized by impact and ROI .

All created integrations and automations are centrally managed through the UiPath Automation Platform. Users can continuously test and monitor automations and the applications they rely on with the platform's built-in testing.

The SaaS option for deploying UiPath's Automation Platform, Automation Cloud delivers the full UiPath Platform—including SaaS robots and self-hosted robots—in under a minute from any of six regions around the world. It is browser-based. Alternatively, the Automation Suite version is containerized with Kubernetes integrated, installed in cloud, in on-prem Linux VMs, or on bare metal servers as desired, and offers portal access to all services and integrations.

UiPath provides us 24/7 support, and they are really efficient and hard workers. When we need any documentation they are always there to help and provide us a better approach to do any task. They have expert skills and a friendly attitude. UiPath Academy, UiPath Forum and UiPath Go are the products which makes UiPath better.

It is very easy to learn, it has great dashboards for data, and the developing platform is very user friendly and beginner friendly. It also has a very good community and almost any problem can be solved through the forum. I do not give it a full 10 because they lock you in into their environment and do not let you create your own solutions without their software.

I am mainly a community edition user and as such the only help I get is from the community. However the community responds to my queries within minutes of posting them and usually they work. The community is very knowledgeable and responds well in a civilized manner. Most of the common day-to-day problems had already been tackled and there are ready solutions available which we just need to look up and users can do this without having to make a new post.

Their support model is fantastic. I have never worked with a vendor as helpful as them before. They go out of their way to provide above and beyond assistance. When we began our RPA journey, UiPath would set up meetings (and still do to this day) with us and help us develop and design what are the best standards for RPA solutions.

I have worked with the UiPath support for a few problems and the support team was readily available, actively supported me tackling the problems encountered during development, and even stretched for hours at end to resolve the problem. The support team would also schedule a follow-up call(s) as required to ensure that the items raised were effectively completed.

UiPath RPA has an exceptional studio interface. It has been a year and so since I am using UiPath RPA. The overall support for UiPath Enterprise RPA platform is great however it might need few improvements in order to make itself more stable, scaled and efficient. Currently, the stability of it's latest releases has been a bit of a concern. It can introduce more new features in order to make the product more capable and stable.

The online documentation is great. You really need to use it though, as these kinds of products do have a learning curve. UIPath is relatively easy to learn, and you can create some basic automation fairly quickly. With some extra tender love and care, it is possible to automate almost anything!

I have used the forums and received fast responses to my questions. I also downloaded Explorer Expert and when I starting experiencing issues and was quickly provided with a link to install a different version. With StudioX, I asked a question about Excel functionality and was promptly provided with a solution.

I gave 10 rating because whenever we get trouble in technically, solutions are readily available in the UiPath forum. Even if it is not already in the UiPath forum, you can post a question and there are many UiPath enthusiasts who respond very quickly with quality solutions. This, I feel, is vital for development.

At every stage UiPath support has been very receptive and has provided quick resolutions for our issues. Right from the start they guided us in the setting up of the Center of Excellence itself which allows us to quickly scale.

When we run into any issues, they provide us with prompt support with permanent solutions. This has helped us in turn to gain confidence from our clients as queries posed by them as easily solved with UiPath's support.

So far it's been an excellent journey with them.
