I love having multiple ways to get support from UltiPro! We can either call in, Chat, or create and track a case through the Customer Success Portal. I like having the ability to search for learning courses or training material through the CSP.

I feel customer support could be better. Not much contact with our service rep. Our cases go unanswered sometimes for a long time and when asked for a follow-up from our rep, she will send an email and then never follow-up after to see if it was taken care of. I also feel they should be trained better to resolve issues. I had a rep help me with an adjustment as it was my first time, and it was done wrong. Had to get others involved.

My favorite part of the support is that here is a rapid response number that we can call if we have a payroll related issue and will be able to speak to a real person to get our issue addressed.

I like the support of UltiPro the best. The Ulti-Peeps are the best part for me so far. Everyone is kind and professional. If they do not know the answer then they can get me to someone who does. There are many subject matter experts at their disposal, it is just a matter of getting in touch with the right one.

The trainer they assigned to us for the training portal was top notch. She would send us the covered items for each of the training sessions before and after so we had a review of what was covered in each meeting (of which there were several). She also kept a list of the outstanding items and made sure to follow up on the status and answer each of them quickly.

Case Management and Rapid Response have been a good resource when issues or problems arrive. I've rarely experienced long waiting times for accurate responses. We have utilized our Account Manager and she has been very instrumental and available if needed. UltiPro overall delivers a good product and continues to improve frequently.

We need more timely support and hope we can get assigned person to go all the issues we have. We are always bouncing around with the support solutions specialists and sometimes, cases get auto-closed because of the timing.

Some days are better than not. I've had cases take less than 5 mins to be resolved all the way to 6 weeks for a time management case where some employees thought they had a bigger balance than they actually did.

Generally, the support is great. There are several options to reach someone: chat, case creation online, phone and I generally get answers very quickly. There have been high volume times where an answer is harder to come by, but that's the case anywhere. I believe Ultimate has better customer service than other vendors I've used.

I'm the backup for payroll. The main payroll person submit the cases. Sometimes they are resolved quickly and others it takes time. Focus on customer service and get a respond back with 24 hours. UltiPro overall is a good system and we have like many of the function from HR and payroll side.

I have had so many issues with customer support. I mentioned earlier in the 'Cons' section. I don't get responses in 24 hours like we used to. I used to know exactly who was going to call me when I submitted a case, now it's just random people. And I have definitely had issues with lots of background noise and conversations while on the phone with some customer support representatives. The customer support used to be SO GOOD! It has really really gone downhill. People either aren't trained well on the systems they are advising on or they sometimes seem completely uninterested in doing their jobs. I have some great people, but the bad far outweighs the good. It is very frustrating to be the go-between go UltiPro and their own partners. I have a few integrations we are trying to get done, one of them has taken over 3 years. To me, that isn't acceptable. We also have one that is now almost at the 6-month mark. We wanted both done by this year's open enrollment, but it doesn't look like that will happen.

Support has not been as good as it was when we first implemented UltiPro. The support model changed in late 2018 I think. Since then, after the change happened, the support has been worse. Also, our team seems to notice a consistent pattern where our cases are being closed when someone attempts to contact us over the weekend. The response time has also increased since implementing the new model.
