We have a dedicated account manager, who knows our setup, which means we don’t have to start from scratch every issue. We have monthly calls with their supervisor, the customer success manager, to review any items that need follow up or escalation. Also if your account manager is not available and the issue is urgent there is a rapid response line, which definitely can be hit or miss, but they usually get the job done. You also have an Executive Relationship Manager, who is more on the strategic side, but someone you can also lean on for escalation

They have the best support team so far, at times if there are issues they are unable to resolve they would always escalate the issue so that it gets fixed at the earliest.

UKG Pro must train its customer support for great services. I have experienced customer support, they resolved my issue but after discussing that matter many times. That was a time-wasting process. They should work quickly and give us a quick response with their efficient services.

The UKG support team is excellent. They go above and beyond to assist you with any issues and if they are unable to get you the answer you need they escalate the case. Everyone I have worked with at UKG has given great customer service.

As I've stated earlier, the support I receive from UKG Pro is world class. I've worked with other vendors in the past, and they simply don't compare. I have had the pleasure of working with, and getting to know, several "Ulti-Peeps" over the years. I've also worked with great ERM's as well!

The support overall is very good. My only concerns are the tax amendments, and the lack of follow up on cases I have opened. Most of the time when I call into the support line, my questions are answered quickly and accurately.

UKG has an online process for submitting support cases when you have issues. You can log in to view the status of your case, and they also send email updates. However, I sometimes have a hard time viewing/understanding the status. Some cases are resolved in a matter of hours, while it may take days for a representative to respond to a case. This can be frustrating. However, their reps are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And they have a Rapid Response hotline you can call for immediate assistance on urgent items.

Most generally, the support is great. There was a period of time where I think that UKG expanded possibly a little too quickly and didn't have the support available to assist all customers. That has significantly improved, but rapid response sometimes still feels like you get someone that is a little too green and cannot immediately solve your issue.

The Support team when you call in is quick and efficient. The majority of the time they are able to resolve your ticket on the phone. When you submit a ticket through the system you tend to wait longer and have to escalate it before it gets tended to, so, if you want it done quickly, calling in is your best bet.

This is my biggest issue. Support used to be outstanding--some of the best support I had seen from any other company or vendor. Ever since the merger with UKG, support is horrendous—specifically, the time it takes to get a response to an issue. I have had tickets submitted that went more than one month before I got a response. To give them some credit, once I get a response, UKG employees are always very helpful and professional. Most of my issues (roughly 90%) get resolved fairly quickly once I actually get the chance to speak with one of their representatives.

While it takes a while to either get a response or closure, the techs are kind and caring. They do all they can to help out. They really research the issue. Sometimes though, we get the answer that something is not working because it was "designed to function that way." but for the most part, support is helpful.

While the pool of employees is massive and each is extremely well versed in their area of expertise, they are extremely siloed in their knowledge and are not able to provide services in more than one area of the software.

Before the merger with Kronos, I felt that it was easier to reach support for those simple questions. Now each time I call, a case is created and that delays my workflow.

Beyond being able to speak with a customer service rep via their rapid response, their continual training classes are a huge help as well as their success portal which allows for a lot of self-servicing opportunities. Sometimes a response from case support can take a bit longer, but it seems like this happens only occasionally.

Best support hands down. Our salesperson still checks in with us two years later! Fast response from service tickets as well from our customer relations manager. Have had top-notch service from the very beginning. Proactive service teams; they reach out when they see a problem instead of waiting on you to find it! We had a W-2 issue and UKG found it before we did and had a plan in place for correction!
