The benefits of open enrollment being centralized enabled us to manage this process to minimize employee steps and make the process seamless from year to year. Having recruiting and onboarding within the same system dramatically reduced the time (40%) it took to onboard new hires.

We've moved all of our recruiting and onboarding into UKG Pro, as well as Leave of Absence tracking. The reduction in manual entries to spreadsheets has been a wonderful benefit to the automation. We're working toward replacing all of our spreadsheets and paper processes with workflows within UKG Pro.

We consolidated time systems. We were in two different systems until we implemented Dimensions in 2022. With this, we are now able to ensure everyone has the same pay rules and is following the same policies. We also can track vacations out of one system and make it easier to roll over or pay out at the end of the year.

Previously, our company had management set their employee changes to an inbox, and now they use the workflows in UKG. For salary changes, our District Manager and VP of Ops would receive hundreds of emails notifying them of a salary change, and now, with the approval process within the workflows, they are longer and overwhelmed with salary change emails.

Human Resources was a shared service across two companies. UKG Pro allowed the team to access employee data in one centralized solution. The reporting and analytics capabilities have increased visibility into workplace trends and areas to focus on improving. We were able to streamline processes through process reengineering and even plan for business continuity needs.

I am not aware of any centralization under UKG Pro. From a user standpoint, all of our timekeeping (clocking in/our, time off requests, etc.) is all inside UKG Pro. The same for goals, job performance, benefits, job history, etc.

Our hiring process and HR management have become more centralized under UKG Pro. Previously, we had a homegrown solution that tracked our employee performance data. Our IT department had to manage any updates and maintenance of this system. We were also limited in the functionality. Our hiring was done in a few different ways, but now is contained within one platform. We can approve roles in the system and post them in places automatically.

Benefits Administration and timekeeping centralization were a big plus. The employee is able to access and perform tasks related to benefits, pay, and time with one single sign on. The outside vendors receive the necessary information through API feeds and automatic exports. Building automatic exports is an additional upfront cost, but it saves a lot of time and eliminates a lot of errors in the long run.

We have centralized our payroll, applicant tracking, HRIS, time tracking and performance review processes on UKG Pro. It's amazing to be able to complete all of our HR processes on one platform. This has improved productivity and increased employee satisfaction. It has been an asset to our company and helped drive many processes.

The People and Culture team has become more efficient in processing employee requests as a lot of administrative tasks have been automated. Our team has been able to focus on important tasks instead of the day to day run around.

We have been able to bring in payroll to our department to centralize all functions in one system.

Onboarding and benefits cost has been centralized into UKG Pro and this has greatly benefits time saving, which in turn increased cost savings over time. It has also saved a lot of time receiving calls from employees with questions, as they can see all of their information right in UKG Pro.

Most Employee related tracking functions have been centralized, such as PTO tracking, available benefits, employee vital pertinents, organizational tracking information and visualization have all been centralized under the UKG Pro platform which helped track all more centrally, however, this function really is table stakes when it comes to these ERP HR platforms.

Recruiting and onboarding are centralized in UKG Pro. This helps with our EEO-1 and affirmative action reporting because the data already exists within the platform when we need to pull it. We don't use any other recruiting source, so we're not left compiling data from external sources to include in our reports.
