ADP and we replace ADP because of their poor customer service and every time you would call, you never spoke to the same person or they could not find the case number with notes to reflect on previous calls. Also, they would charge a large amount for a small change and their training was almost void.

ADP Workforce Now; this was a decision made by upper management under the guise of receiving a 'Better Deal for a Better Price'. I do not believe it was a very good deal, however the product does have a lot of potential and after having spent 3+ years adapting to it and learning its nuances, there are functions that I currently find to be easier to approach then ADP.

Ceridian Source 500 HR and Payroll. Ceridian's product was dated and scheduled for sunset (no more product updates). We needed a modern software solution that gave us more control of our payroll and more flexibility. Payroll is now processed in-house on our schedule and not the payroll vendor's schedule. It is web based which means it can be accessed almost anywhere.

Kronos replaced our previous time and attendance system (Lathem).
We had to replace the old system because the old system did not
have the capability to be able to submit the PBJ to CMS.

We replaced Gorrie Reagan (on premise) with Kronos Workforce Ready (cloud based). We wanted to keeping existing features but offload server overhead to the cloud. We also expanded use of rules and administrative tracking with this product (where we were limited by licensing with the previous product). We also like the flexibility of reporting offered by Kronos.

We chose Kronos to replace Asure (formerly Legiant). Asure bought Legiant a couple years back and forced us to utilize their "new" product since they no longer supported the product we initially bought. With this came the requirement of paying for this new product even though we had already paid for the existing one. Clearly we had no reason not to open ourselves up to the rest of the market.
