My support person was always there for me and guided me along in the implementation of the Kronos Workforce Ready program.
He had all the answers and never got tired of me "bothering" him with my questions no matter how BIG or how small they were.

[We had a] very smooth implementation, with an amazing and patient support staff and team of employees that helped us transition into the system. We had a lot of unknowns going in and they helped us navigate throught each scenario making the system stronger than expected.

I have rated the support as high as possible considering some of the issues encountered with getting the assistance needed to complete my service requests. The majority of the time, it is as simple as the case manager accessing my system and walking me through what I need to do but there have been a few times where the support manager was unable to figure out how to make it work. In those cases, they typically seek out a subject matter expert for additional direction and the case is successfully resolved. Presently, there a 2 unresolved open cases in my queue that were never resolved and no work-around provided.

The implementation team is amazing. From the salesperson who was ultimately there to push things along for us as needed to the head of the team, everyone was easy to work with. We already have rave reviews for the KRONOS support team since we use Workforce Central. The patience of the implementation team to work with us even though we had significant delays in implementation due to lack of personnel resources for our implementation was commendable.

I have only just been transitioned to Kronos Global Support and have no significant interactions with them yet. We implemented the solution using an outside third party consultation team. They were very attentive and helpful. However, a few times they did need to consult with the Kronos team and they occasionally got less than satisfactory answers. The responses were short or they were just unable to do what we were asking of the system.

Our initial team at Kronos was extremely disorganized and did not communicate well among one-another. We also did not feel confident that they were confident in preparing the customization of our system. I believe we had more assistance and program competency with the help of two higher-level contacts, Zack and Ken, at Kronos than we did in the five months leading up to our go-live date. It seemed as though during crunch time, the time after our system went live and we realized it was not operating correctly, our two new contacts were able to do more to help us in the last almost three months that we have been using the system, than anything prior.

Kronos is constantly working to enhance this product and is able to roll out enhancements directly to time clocks over the internet. When we have had issues, they have been quick to respond and correct the situation in a timely manner. They are an industry leader and have the resources necessary to support their customers.

Support during the implementation and transition is excellent.

Support post implementation is very friendly and helpful with standard features. They are generally knowledgeable for more complex features although turnaround time for a more complex problem may take several days. We have solved a couple of problems internally ourselves before they were able to get back to us to solve them.

Any time I have ever had an issue, I'm able to log into Kronos Support and research the issue for myself first. If I'm not able to find a satisfying solution to my problem, then a case [is opened] with Kronos and representative contacts me quickly. There's also different levels of urgency with support. If you have an emergency, support will contact you almost immediately.

The support provided by Kronos Workforce Ready is great. Anytime that I have had a question about the system or if there was a technical glitch going on, the support team was always right there to answer my questions in a timely manner. There are a lot of pieces that go into making up Kronos Workforce Ready and the technological team did a great job in doing this.

Kronos support does have a 24 hour call back window, so unless you purchase extra support plans, this is the way their support system functions. You cannot speak to someone immediately. However, they do have escalation policies that will reduce this timeline drastically in an emergency. So far, we have not encountered any issue that we needed immediate support and all issues have been taken care of timely and to our satisfaction.

The vendors were good with collaboration, they were always available and were responsive. But coming from the technical side, I felt that getting to the right technical resource to get the questions answered took a bit of time. But once you find them it's a breeze.
