Formerly Kronos Workforce Central

Across the entire school district we use Kronos for keeping track of hours and work dates. It helps the district keep 2500+ staff members organized and it's easy enough to use. Many staff members use it to predict vacation hours, sick hours to help them plan for their vacations. Having an easy-to-use, organized space to keep track of their hours.

UKG Workforce Central is used across our whole organization. It allows us to be able to work with our associates to publish and manage schedules, and process our daily and weekly benefits, such as associates being able to submit their own sick time and vacation requests for approval, but also allows us to enter benefits on an associate's behalf if needed.

I used Workforce Central as a Manager in a retail environment where we managed over 200 employees scheduling and time off requests. At a glance, we were able to keep track of their attendance, see how much time they have logged for a certain period, approve time off requests and more. It was easy to collaborate with the other managers and was a smooth learning curve.

WFI's business offerings cover a wide range of professional services for the Kronos Workforce Central suite in multiple workforce management domains. Services cover everything from Implementation, Technical & Architectural Components, Strategic Alignment to Optimization of WFC. Clients range from single facility to multi state and international corporations ranging from 500-1.5 million employees.

KRONOS Workforce Central is being used across the whole organization as its primary timekeeping tool. This tool helps address accurate time keeping of the workforce along with PTO management.
